Free Republic Shows Us How To Give Obama Another 4 Years ( LOL Alert)

I've never seen anything close to the hatred of Mitt Romney than I see at FR. The hatred exceeds anything I've seen or heard from Debbie Wasserman Schultz, David Axelrod, David Plouffe or anybody else in the Obama Administration. Most of the people who can't stand Romney on our side say he'd still be much better than another 4 years of Barack Obama who will never have to face the voters again. You won't find that at FR.

Free Republic Jim Robinson: "A reminder for those who are not receiving the message:

Romney is a pathological compulsive liar. Lie after lie papered over with more lies. Doesn’t even flinch when caught in bald faced lies, simply tells another big whopper to cover up or dodge the issue. Funny thing, the man actually seems to believe his own latest lies and simply ignores the glaring record of his past actions/lies. And you have true blue establishment elite RINO Republicans like Karl Rove enabling and backing up his lies. Their motivation is simply to hang on to power (and riches) any way they can.

I’ve stated many times since Romney started running for the presidency way back when that I’d never vote for him and I will not. He cannot lie his way out of his decades long record of support for abortion, Roe v Wade, planned parenthood, gay rights, gun control, global warming, amnesty, liberal judges, big government, compulsory or socialized health care (RomneyCommieCare), mandates, Keynesian economics, support and approval of TARP, bailouts, stimulus packages, i.e, every damn liberal progressive issue that comes down the pike.

Screw Romney!! I absolutely will not support or vote for a proven compulsive liar with a known record of abortion and big government socialism, liberal appointments"

Another post (Jim Robinson):

Way to tell 'em! Then on the morning of November 7th, when Barack Obama has been reelected President for a second term, we all can high-five each other and say we stopped that establishment RINO! Makes ZERO sense. .

"We conservatives need to work together to pull out a win for Mitt Romney." ~ Mark Levin on his radio program the day Santorum quit...

Mark Levin failed the ultimate conservative test on the day he made that statement.

By encouraging all conservatives to get behind a documented, liberal, fraud of a Republican - while a real conservative remains in the race, he has abandoned the very principles he claims to stand for.

I, for one, will never listen to him again.

Support Gingrich. Not just half-heartedly, but as if he was the only thing standing between you having to choose between a bullet to the country’s heart and a bullet to the country’s brain. We MUST NOT be faced with that choice. We NEED to give ourselves a choice we can actually live with.

If we don’t want to have the blood of this nation on our hands, we NEED to support Newt with everything we are and have. The alternative is unthinkable.

Withing 48 hours or sooner, the main strem media will attack Romney so viciously that even his most ardent supporters will not be able to recognize him in their article[s]. Thgis will continue without letup in every major newspaper and the alphabet “news” organizations until and through election day. the stories have already been written and filmed, all that needs to be done is the publishing and airing.

Thank God FR is standing up against the establishment GOP telling us when to fall in line, when to vote the way we are told, when to sacrifice our principles to every degree.

This isn’t just a matter of being told to vote for a less-than-ideal GOP candidate. That I could live with. We are being told to vote for a LIBERAL candidate who somehow happens to have the R next to his name. It’s nuts!!

FR keep the faith, JR keep spirits up - Newt is not done, neither is the the conservative movement despite what the GOPEe and MSM keep telling us.

That's a simplistic analysis of the issue. Give us the 12-to-16-year map of where a Romney win takes us vs. an Obama win.

I can't see into a crystal ball but if obama wins a second term, it wouldn't surprise me to see open, running gun battles.

Before any "hard case" says bring it on, watching shot and blown apart humans die is not a TV series.

I was a medic in the Army and participated in bloody, smelly, ugly, nasty death, close up and personal.

I could do it again, but I sure as hell wouldn't want to.

Here we go again. Even Peggy Noone, in yesterday’s Journal, while sympathetic to the Bishop, as she’s always been, inadvertently admitted with her advice to him that he’s an empty suit, and not much different from Obummer. (Look up this amazing article.)

The picture of Romney and his buddies with cash floating all around will be everywhere. It plays right into their Wall Street Fat Cat.

Honestly, I could care less about being a Wall Street Fat Cat. If there is anything redeeming about Romney....its that. I just can’t handle everything else (Planned Parenthood, global warming, socialized healthcare, gun control, etc.)

They have divided us well. They are clever.

Please wake up and realize that If we want to vote Obama out of office the only way to do it is to vote for Romney (presuming the Republican convention nominates him)

In order for Romney to lose in a Carteresque fashion, he would have to win first, then lose in 2016. You forgot that Carter did win in 1976. He was carried by who if you are old enough to remember. Don’t answer it unless you are wearing a flame suit.

This is getting really crazy. I predict that by November of 2012 there will be no prominent conservatives left in the United States of America. They will all have been purged. Mark Levin is now a non-conservative. Robespierre and Stalin would be proud. I guess some people are never happy until everybody living agrees 100% with their views, any dissent will not be tolerated. Anybody who votes for Romney to get rid of Obama will be forced to wear a dunce cap and run a gauntlet of true believers. Hey, it worked for Mao.

I am not voting for him. At this point in time, I plan to write in Sarah Palin or I may vote a third party. But under no circumstances will I vote for Romney.

Let’s not presume that the Republican convention nominates him. In fact, let’s make sure they DON’T because if they do half of the R’s are going to bolt.

And the one issue we had that would have resonated with non-R’s was resistance to Obamacare. 60-75% of the public wants to be rid of it. So the R’s nominate the guy who set the pattern for Obama by passing an individual mandate that’s wreaked havoc on Massachusetts and forced Catholics to perform abortions? It makes absolutely no sense. We had an ace in the hole and threw it away for a guy that half of our people will never vote for if they even do bother to show up to vote.

It’s suicide. And it’s wrong. As long as there is somebody still in the race who understands the danger of Islamism and HASN’T used government power to coerce people into performing abortions against their will, it would be both stupid and wrong to support the opposite candidate.

Newt Gingrich is the candidate who is willing to fight for this country and her Constitution. It’s our last chance. It’s 1933 in Germany right now. The GOPe is breathing down our necks to have us pass the Enabling Act, and if we give in to them our only choice will be whether we support the guy who wants the feds to coerce abortions, or whether we support the guy what wants the states to coerce abortions.

Neither choice is acceptable. We have to fight NOW for the chance for Constitutional government.

Totally with you. I’m in until Newt’s out. At that point, I think I’m moving on to Virgil Goode and the Constitution Party.

Follow the money. They are all in the tank for whoever the GOP candidate is. I would almost guarantee you that they would be singing Hillary’s praises if she had an R behind her name and was running against Zero.

“I did vote for Newt and would gladly do so again.”

It’s really a shame how these campaigns go. Pawlenty (who I thought could be a very good NOT-Obama) was out after one false move. One could say the same for Bachmann too.

Perry, just a complete disappointment, double-triple sigh over that one.

And I gave money to Santorum (not much but what I could give).

Gingrich will ALWAYS be a hero to me and if he’s still on the ballot by whenever the heck we vote here in NJ I might vote for him!

Giuliani to whom I was very committed last time was basically like Rick Perry, only maybe worse. Iowa should put up a statue to him! He certainly could have contested New Hampshire, at least. I know many people here hate him, but I saw the transformation in NYC and it was as close to a miracle as a man could bring about.

So many disappointments and again we do the Republican thing and nominate the second place finisher from last time.

Well, maybe it hasn’t served us so badly when you think about it. Didn’t Reagan run 3 times in the primaries?

And I remain amazed that Nixon got elected and re-elected.

But to get to your point, I’ve never seen any president, including Nixon and all the rest, who so blatantly disdained and condemned many of the citizens over whom he presides. And so mendaciously!

Even the whole black/white thing. Obama (and Holder a contemptible racist and yes I will be calling the DOJ to say what the @#$##$ was Eric Holder doing hob-nobbing with Al Sharpton? Cripes! I wish somebody would ask Rudy Giuliani what he thinks about that!) has done NOTHING to lift up the black man, or the black family. NOTHING. He’s harmed them and he’ll harm them further just to pander to the white leftists and the La Raza crew.

And ohmigosh, he’s got nothing else.

Former VP Dick Cheney says we should get behind Romney because America can’t survive another 4 years of 0bama. Cheney is no RINO.

If Dick Cheney said that, then he has indeed abandoned whatever conservative core principles he may have once had. If it walks like a duck, and talks like a duck, it's a duck.
