Those who have ignored my hundreds of posts on this crucial issue or who have doubted me these last three or four years might as well get used to it. FR will never support the abortionist, homosexualist, socialist, mandate loving, constitution trampling liar Mitt Romney.
In case you haven't noticed, a TEA Party rebellion is on and Free Republic signed on years ago. There is no turning back. No more crap from the GOP-e!! They've screwed us for the last time!! Karl Rove and Mitt Romney, et al, loathe conservatism and loathe the tea party and took it upon themselves to use their money and connections to destroy nearly every one of our conservative tea party candidates while pushing their big government RINOS. That makes them the enemy. I will not reward that betrayal by giving them my support or my vote.

I’m focused on the Congressional and local races. I do think we can survive four years Zero if we can increase the number of conservatives on the state and local levels. THAT is how we win the country back. Not by electing Mitt Romney president.
If Romney wins as a by-product of our efforts to elect conservatives (rides OUR coat-tails), so be it. However, a Romney presidency would present its own problems.
The White House is important, but it’s not the only game in town. We’ll just have to make sure that the four conservatives on SCOTUS remain in good health until 2016.

Excuse you! In fact, I resigned after Florida because I had felt I let my candidate down and wasn’t up to the challenge. If there were others who could do the job better, maybe Newt wouldn’t be sitting at 138!

Excuse me?! You have no idea my involvement in the current election. Just because I wasn’t on your street corner doesn’t mean I haven’t been involved. Also, just because I don’t post furiously on FR doesn’t mean I haven’t been involved.
I also pointed out that your actions (or in-actions) in deciding not to vote would effectively aid the Marxist in his destruction of the country; calling into question your conservative values.

That’s the way it works. In Florida, two delegates are selected per voting.unit along with two alternates. The delegates are committed to the state primary winner unless the overall winner is decided before the convention. I along with others fought to get Gingrich delegates slated. The alternates are determined by the winning candidate. If the people we sat who favor Gingrich aren’t in good conscious able to pull the lever for Romney, someone will.
So who do you blame at that point? The GOP-E? I agree to a point, but sooner or later you’ll run out of alternates!

Spoiled babies because we’re Conservatives first and foremost and our principles dictate that we refuse to support Obama’s chosen opponent?
We’re not spoiled babies, we’re battered wives that have decided to leave the Ruling Class husbands who use us to keep themselves in power, then betray us, beat us, vilify us and otherwise sleep with the enemy and demand we still honor them as our legitimate party spouse, no matter the whore they bring into the house for us to support.
We’re done with that, we went through this same EXACT thing in 2008, and heard the same exact rantings that if we did not vote for McCain, then Obama wins. We DID vote for McCain despite knowing he despised us and BAM! O - was elected anyway. This time will be no different except Obama wins again by a larger margin.
I refuse to vote for a hand-picked opponent by the Ruling Class that WANTS what Obama is doing to the country as long as they get to ride on his coattails of power and have a say in where the money goes.
I refuse to vote for a Liberal-Fascist who might have a passing care for country in order to placate a fantasy that he will stop a Marxist -Fascist who hates the country. The Liberal Fascist will DO NOTHING to stop what Obama has already done, and only build upon it for his own power and legacy.
