Rediculous! How can she charge him knowing it will be hard to convict him with a jury! It was self defense. This is going to be a bigger mess then it already has been. Good grief!

ANGELA COREY IS A COWARDILLEGAL BOUNTIES AND POLICE STATION CLOSURES WIN.
WHEN ARE THE CHARGES COMING AGAINST THE NBPP?
To: AtlasStalled
There goes the neighborhood... watch! Forget about being involved in protecting your neighborhood, ain't worth it... every man for himself...
They will charge him with something like willful negligent homicide, simply by being a neighborhood watch-men with a gun... they will argue that if he had no gun, he would not have been embolden to "actively persue" Trayvon, even though Trayvon took the offensive and assaulted Zimmerman. They will likely get a conviction too... ain't no jury going to acquit, not against the threat of riots in the streets.

Good; only; inasmuch as the speed our wheels of 'Justice' move (Col. Hassan has gone to trial, right?) and at which time; case could be dropped etc. . .
This will/should, perhaps, keep, Zimmerman off the front page until well after Election. Could help put that 'race war' on hold. (OTOH)
Do think his lawyers and family must know he is safe; otherwise; they would be fearing - per his 'disappearance'- for his life.

It is my understanding that without a grand jury there can be no capital murder charge.

Thank you, 0baMao, for re-igniting racism in America!

From what I’ve read, he can’t be charged with First Degree Murder or face the death penalty without a Grand Jury. So, this will not satisfy Trayvon’s supporters.

THIS WILL BE THE FRONT PAGE NEWS STORY FROM NOW UNTIL THE ELECTION, WITH PROTESTORS IN THE STREETS ALONG WITH THE OCCUPY LOSERS UNTIL OBAMA WINS THE ELECTION. IT’S ALL A PLAN.

If, repeat if, the special prosecutor is not in possession of evidence which is not now in the public domain but is reacting to public pressure, this is an egregious miscarriage of justice.

Frankly, this does not surprised. I think the state of FL was warned to press charges OR the feds will step in and press charges themselves.
