The HOA, I don't know, but it seems there would need to be some paper trail showing Zimmerman acting as an official agent. But since he's "self appointed" and all.....

I look to have more immunity clauses put in place on the stand your ground.

Also prosecutors HATE stand your ground laws because the like discouraging people from defending themselves. When criminals die, prosecutors lose jobs.

Ask why appoint from jacksonville? why not pensacola? or Daytona, or naples? it was a political choice for a “team player” to ensure the human sacrifice goes well.
