A formal law enforcement investigation into Barack Obama’s birth certificate and other eligibility documents has affirmed what half the nation, according to numerous polls, already knew: that the paperwork doesn’t match up with what would be genuine.
But here’s your chance to tell your senators and representatives what needs to be done, as their jobs, after all, are to represent the interests of the American public.
A new petition has been launched demanding that the 112th Congress begin a “full and impartial investigation into the constitutional eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama.”

It’s addressed to “All members of the U.S. Congress” and states:
Whereas, the first official U.S. law enforcement investigation into Barack Obama’s legal eligibility for the presidency, led by Maricopa County, Ariz., Sheriff Joe Arpaio and involving a six-month investigation by three professional criminal investigators and two attorneys, established “probable cause” that the document released with great fanfare by the White House April 27, 2011, as Obama’s “long-form birth certificate” is a forgery;
Whereas, specifically, these investigators, after interviewing dozens of witnesses, examining hundreds of documents, and taking numerous sworn statements from witnesses around the world, including multiple document experts, concluded that said “birth certificate” did not originate in a paper format, but was created – that is, forged – as an electronic file on a computer;
Whereas, the Arpaio-led law-enforcement investigation cited numerous experts demonstrating that an additional fraud was allegedly committed in the forgery of Barack Obama’s Selective Service registration card;
Whereas, the investigation also found that, according to a sworn affidavit by the longtime mailman for the parents of ex-Weather Underground terrorist Bill Ayers, Ayers’ mother enthusiastically claimed she had helped pay for the Harvard Law School education of “foreign student” Barack Obama;
Whereas, Arpaio’s lead investigator Michael Zullo explained at a March 1 press conference that the 1961 Hawaiian newspaper “announcements” of Barack Obama’s birth confirm nothing, since the investigators “can prove beyond a doubt” that these newspapers also announced arrivals of foreign babies as well as native-born; and that the investigators even possess “documented evidence of two adopted individuals who were breathing three years prior” to their supposed Hawaii “birth” and subsequent newspaper “birth announcements”;
Whereas, the investigation determined that immigration files in the National Archives recording overseas arrivals into Hawaii are missing from one particular week – the week of Obama’s birthday, August 4, 1961;
Whereas, , lead investigator Mike Zullo also said his team believes the Hawaii Department of Health has engaged in a systematic effort to hide from public inspection any original 1961 birth records for Obama it may have in its possession;
Whereas, investigators have advised Sheriff Arpaio they believe at least two crimes of fraud were committed: 1) The White House allegedly created a forgery it claimed was an officially produced governmental birth record; and 2) the White House allegedly presented to the residents of Maricopa County, Ariz. – and to the entire American public – a forgery represented as “proof positive” of President Obama’s authentic 1961 Hawaii long-form birth certificate;
Whereas, Sheriff Arpaio said March 1: “The president can put all this to rest quite easily. All he has to do is demand the Hawaii Department of Health release to the American public and to a panel of certified court-authorized forensic examiners all original 1961 paper, microfilm and computer birth records the Hawaii Department of Health has in its possession”;
Whereas, Arpaio concluded: “Absent the authentication of Hawaii Department of Health 1961 birth records for Barack Obama, there is no other proof he was born anywhere within the United States”;
Whereas, despite a virtual media blackout on the issue, repeated national polls show that almost half of registered U.S. voters remain unconvinced that Barack Obama’s birth certificate is authentic:
The signers then demand that Congress launch an investigation because “not to finally resolve this monumental and unprecedented constitutional issue would be intolerable, and would constitute the most extreme disrespect and contempt for the U.S. Constitution.”

Currently at least 40 % of American voters are gladly willing to give Obama the necessary power to continue his dictatorship.
Dictator Obama has designed Obama”care” to become active only AFTER he is re-elected, thus enabling THE NINE SUPREMES to delay ruling on the Constitutionality of the dictate of the individual mandate until Obama is once again the Illegal Foreign White House Occupier, (IFWHO).
The purpose of Dictator Baby-Doc Barack is simple: 1.) Regulate; 2.) Control; and 3.) Destroy. By his own count he as achieved 60 % of his goals, according to the note he says he carries in his pocket.
Obama’s obvious deep hatred of America could have only come from his childhood.
Since there are no known networks of childhood friends from Obama’s past, Obama was probably a member of a Marxist sleeper cell funded by wealthy men with a Marxist view of the World.
The lack of credible evidence that has NOT been forged requires a long-term, highly skilled and well-funded support group.
Who the key members of Obama’s probable support group and probable sleeper cell were and are is well known to the CIA and the FBI.
Will the “Citizen Journalists” such as Breitbart Editor Joel Pollack be able to out-spy these two tax-funded spy entities?
BTW, forget about the LAM, (Liberal Agenda Media), as they are saving their notes to write their tell-all Obama books after Obama has SAFELY retired back home in Kenya.

I do think their counter on how many signed is off. It should not have been zero by the time you saw it because at lease I signed it...and there are 135 comments on the article and I suspect lots of those folks signed it. It is very painless.

I was just thinking geez - am I the only one that has signed it? lol, must be an error somewhere!
WND never was very technically reliable. I seem to recall other petition failures. I think half the time they run these petitions just to get people on mailing lists.
Having said that, I read today that the Arizona sheriff's former good ally---an attorney and local politician---for many years was disbarred today, Tuesday April 10, 2012.
In the disbarment report, as I understand it, the sheriff was heavily criticized about the way he and the attorney may have abused their power by using their power to go after political opponents.
Has anyone else read or heard about this news story?
Does the story mean that the sheriff is in deep legal and political trouble, trouble that may mean that he cannot continue to investigate Obama's long form birth certificate, Obama's Selective Service form, and Obama's Connecticut Social Security number controversies?

Agreed mnehring. When their petition to congress fails to mention held precedent by Chief Justice Waite in Minor v. Happersett, 88 US 163, WND has another purpose. When the petition fails to mention Senate Resolution 511, April 2008, wherein every Senator signed agreement that a natural born citizen is born to two citizen parents, WND has another purpose. When WND fails to explain that the Constitution doesn't contain definitions for the terms it uses, by design, and must be interpreted using the common language and common-law familiar to its framers, as Chief Justice Waite reminded us in Minor v. Happersett, WND has another motivation, which is not abpit informing its readers of the truth found in our Constitution.
WND appears to be treating the Constitution with almost as little respect as Hillsdale College, selling the wisdom which augments their income, and assiduously avoiding Chief Justice Marshall, or Chief Justice Waite, or Chief Justice Charles Evans Hughes, or Chief Justice Jay, or President Washington. They all affirmed the definition WND seems to be soft peddling, or avoiding, like Hillsdale, and Glen Beck, and every legislator.
Barack Obama has never once claimed to be a natural born citizen. Barack told us, probably truthfully, that he is a naturalized citizen, and no one with a voice is willing to speak the truth, or even ask "Gee whiz, doesn't the Constitution require the president to be a natural born citizen?" The usual dishonest response is "Well Johnny, the term 'natural born citizen' was not defined in the Constitution, so we must wait for some wize judge to tell us what it means." Johnny might have ask: "Was Chief Justice Waite a wise man?" "Were the other eight justices who confirmed Justice Waite's decision wise men?" They are all afraid.
You might ask “But with so many of the people who claim to despair over Obama’s socialist policies, how can you claim that they are all complicit in the cover-up?” The answer is, as usual, to suggest you read the original documents, where they have not been removed or scrubbed - and, amazingly enough, over two dozen references in Supreme Court decisions were scrubbed from on-line copies of the decsions, at both Justia and Cornell. Do you trust Mark Levin, whose business is selling books and selling legal services to Republicans? What would happen to Mark's business if he exposed the perfidy of the Mitt Romney party, the party which hid the ineligibility of John McCain, and is pushing the eligibility of Marco Rubio, born to parents who were not citizens, always knowing that their action would protect Obama? If Rubio becomes the VP nominee Obama remains protected. Why do Republicans want to protect Obama, who has told us clearly, that his father never held sole allegiance to our Constitution, condition for natural born citizenship stipulated by the author of the 14th Amendment, John Bingham, in two of his addresses to the house?
Read for yourself, or be guided by Leo Donofrio and Mario Apuzzo, that Minor v. Happersett was precedent. But Chief Justice Marshall, whose doctrine of judicial review Obama seems not to have understood, who was a Minuteman, and sat on the ratification congress for Virginia, and studied law at William and Mary where Vattel was our nation's first law book, in a curriculum designed by Thomas Jefferson in 1779, said it most succinctly: The Venus, 12 US 253. “ The natives or indigenes are those born in the country of parents who are citizens.” Chief Justice Waite eliminated any doubt by confirming the common law in Minor, though there was never any doubt till Obama’s reign, that ‘native’ is synonymous with natural born citizen.
Require anyone claiming to respect the Constitution to explain why Chief Justice Marshall's statement no longer holds. Require anyone to explain why Chief Justice Waite's statement no long holds. Require any ‘patriot’ to explain why Senator Patrick Leahy’s agreement with Judge Michael Chertoff, “My assumption and my understanding is that if you are born of American parents, you are naturally a natural-born American citizen,” Chertoff replied. “That is mine, too,” said Leahy.” This is all a Kabuki dance. No one has the courage to speak the truth. What can you expect of any of them, including WND, asking for your contributions so that they can continue to hide from the truth that Obama was never eligible, and most everyone in government knew. The inconvenient truth Republicans hide from, one widely broadcast before 2008, is that neither was McCain eligible, and that is why we got Obama. Had Republicans honored the Constitution, Hillary might be president, and hard to beat today, but not so determined to destroy capitalism as Obama, in spite of her adoration of Saul Alinsky while she was at Wellesley.

I am becoming increasingly convinced that in the end the burden will be on the individual voter to allow BO to continue in power. Attempts to throw the spotlight on BO’s eligibility problem using “top down” approaches so far haven’t been effective.
I wonder about the “Where’s the Birth Certificate” billboard campaign. Wouldn’t it have been more effective if it instead had simply said:
“Only a natural-born citizen is eligible to be President.” (Constitution of the United States of America, Article II, Section 1, Clause 5.)
“…[I]t was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also. These were natives, or natural-born citizens, as distinguished from aliens or foreigners.”

When I signed it a moment ago, there were 7,551 other signatories. And I don't believe that it's four days old, since I just got the email today from WND alerting me to it.
