GOP candidate addresses future
(Excerpt) Read more at foxnews.com ...
Sadly, I don’t think he has a chance.
I’d love to be proved wrong. It’s killin’ me to know we
have the wishy-washy flip-flopper Myth still standing!
In the end, I'm gonna be faced with obama or Romney, and with that as a choice, it has to be
JMHO
That would just turn Newt into a laughing stock, so no, ofcourse he isn't going to do that.
No one want's to touch that issue however...
Yes, again, because they no one wants to be known as a fringe conspiracy theorist joke. Amazing that all these people come to the same conclusion isn't it?
The only silver lining I can find in a Mitt nomination is that if he is as malleable as he appears to be on the campaign trail, we ought to be able to keep him NUDGED in our direction with constant pressure. (think “what we did to Bush on immigration and the Harriet Miers nomination”)
Not that I’m up for four years of that. Dealing with Obama already has me exhausted.
I will vote for him in the Pa. primary, even if not running. It may be my last time as a Republican. I know we have closed primaries here but I’m sick and tired of the Pa. GOP telling me who to vote for. They did it with Pat Toomey and they are doing it again with Welch over Rohrer. And the national level sucks even more. I’m disgusted and fed up.
An Independent SueRae
VP then?
I don’t like Newt, but dislike him less than Mitt.
Newt’s the only one who’s had and used the balls to talk down to Hussein, and the Hussein Heads and their messiah NEED that.
“Amazing that all these people come to the same conclusion isn’t it?”
The knee-jerk defense of Hussein seems good enough for you....
What else are you willing to believe that Hussein and ABCCBSCNNNBCFOX/AP tell you?
Just sayin.
Good luck doing that when the Democrats take over Congress in 2014 and do all the nudging themselves. Great set-up for a repeat of 2008 in 2016, when Obama can run again and institute single payer socialized health care, which could not be overturned by any Supreme Court according to Mark Levin.
And yet Newt doesn't take up the birther cause. Why? You are so convinced this is a great issue, yet no serious politician will touch it.
Could it be you are just completely blind on this particularly issue and are incapable of seeing what a national joke it makes anyone touching it? I mean, if it were such a wonderful cause to spearhead, you'd think one of our presidential candidates (perhaps someone trailing badly in the polls like say Newt) would grab hold of it right? Yet, they avoid it like the plague.
Sadly, it has been since Florida.
I had sort of hoped he'd be rogue enough to go it as an alternative candidate, but he'd need a major snub now to back out of his concession statements to Romney the last few days.
A Newt fan here, but this isn’t breaking news.
I'm voting my beliefs and convictions this time and let the chips fall where they may.
Newt isn't perfect. OMG! He sat on a couch with Pelousy for a picture!
But, he didn't give us Romneycare or more liberal judges, etc.
Instead, he was a part of the conservative restoration, the republicans retaking the majority in Congress and the Reagan revolution that brought us out of the Misery index and into decades of growth and prosperity.
I want that again!!!
When I listen to him and the others, it's obvious that Newt, not the others, could lead us to that place again and beyond.
You say you want to beat obama?
No one fights back against obama and the progressives like Newt! Just a soundbite from Newt is all it takes to make them dance.
Newt in 2012!
Leaving aside whether it is true or not, the problem with the birther thing is that it only has traction with people who were not going to vote for Obama anyway.
That’s why it is a politically worthless issue.
bttt
But we are talking Republican primaries here. A pool of voters who are not going to vote for Hussein. Yet the birther stuff is still radioactive and no presidential candidate will touch it - not even ones that desperately need(ed) a boost.
Arpaio is about as far from fringe as one gets in law enforcement and what he found simply confirms what most suspect.
And that suspicion has been long festering. We see and smell the smoke. We see who is denying what we see and smell and we wonder why.
Our collective hunger for the truth needs to be satisfied.
The more I learn, the more I realize this is one of the most important stories in my lifetime. We are going to get behind those who expose and fight what has been done unto us.
Those on the wrong side of this are going to be torn apart by the backlash once that realization kicks in. Just saying...
