BTW, I do have a solution in mind for Chicago to solve this problem. They need to institute strict gun control: hand out free guns to all sober and law-abiding citizens that want one and train them in self-defense.

According to the media: there are hundreds or thousands of illegal guns marauding about the City of Chicago (and Cook County) wantonly shooting and wounding (or killing) boatloads of people. The reason, implied but not stated, is these guns exert a perverse spell upon a majority of “Holder's people” to carry out these dastardly deeds.

We are supposed to believe that without all these EVIL marauding guns casting spells on innocents (that is, “Holder's people”) there would be peace and tranquility in Chicago and Cook Country. Right! (Where's the barf bag, Rahm?)
