Raymond Foley is a victim.
Sure, in past eras far less enlightened and tolerant as this current gilded age, Foley might be considered a menace to society—a creep even. But we know better now. We know people just can’t control their urges, and to demand otherwise is a Neanderthal concept right out of the stone (tablet) age.
Foley was born with something that compels him to act out in ways some segments of our society still clinging to their guns and religion condemn. But what Foley doesn’t need is judgment. Foley needs understanding.
Foley, 59, was recently charged with second degree mischief for simply being who he is. Who is Foley?

Irony. Foley needs a Foley catheter inserted permanently.
This story is ripe for the picking.
I wondered if anyone else would see the irony of the situation.
For those not in the know ... a potentially incontinent patient will have a catheter inserted to continually drain the bladder (preventing bed wetting, allowing the patient to have a nearly empty bladder without the need to get up to go or to use something to catch the urine after it departs the body...). The catheter is called ...A FOLEY.
No no no Ray, not pee-on-shes, peonies....peonies. Girls like flowers, not your urine on their chairs.
His actual name is FOLEY? Never hire a guy named Foley! Of course he will leak urine!
I’m just glad that I have plenty of woodlands behind my yard. Trees make the perfect urinals and nobody but the mosquitoes and squirrels need know about it (and now, apparently, the fine people at the Free Republic).
