1) There is zero evidence that Zimm shoved Trayvon.
2) If Zimm “displayed his gun” why would Trayvon risk attacking Zimm?
As of today, every allegation the MSM made about Zimmerman has proven to be bald faced lies, or audio/video tampering, which should be criminal.
He left out the Kel Tec malfunction and the info that other than the bullet wound, Martin didn’t have any other injuries which correlates with being an aggressor.
All the people asserting that 'the only possible scenario is that martin hid then stalked and jumped zimmerman while he was walking to his truck' are as pathetic as those who swear that zimmerman set out to kill martin because he was black.

There is also zero evidence that martin started the fight. Eye-witnesses say he was winning but nobody has said that they saw it start.
Plenty of fights end up with the initiator getting his ass kicked.
Every "martin started it" speculation is just that, speculation that is un-supported by eyewitness statements.
And, it is just as easy to present speculative scenarios, based on the same limited information, that have zimmerman the aggressor....including one wherein zimmerman did continue to follw martin or that their paths crossed after zimmerman's call and that martin wanted to know why zimmerman was following him, and that zimmerman showed or started to pull the pistol and then martin, in accordance with SYG tried to keep from getting shot.
There is nothing in any eye-witness statement or taped call that says that this could not have happened. Unfortunately these days the bar for something to be considered true is so low that all it takes is...well, prove it didn't happen that way.
The point is that you don't know...I don't know...Al Sharpton doesn't know....and we probably never will.
yes and that is why if there were a fair trial all other scenarios beyond his testimony (as long as it it is supported by the evidence and does not contradict it, which has thus been the case) would not surpass reasonable doubt and his presumption of innocence.
Zimmerman did not ‘take it upon himself’ to follow Martin.
As I pointed out yesterday, from the 911 call, the dispatcher told Zimmerman to let (the dispatcher) know if (Martin) was up to something. Zimmerman apparently took that comment on face value, until the dispatcher told him differently later in the call.
My assertion is that based on the available evidence (and there is a lot of evidence available) the most likely scenario (by far) is that Martin jumped Zimmerman. If new evidence is presented, I am open to changing my conclusion (not that my conclusion really means anything in the grand scheme of things).
