Va. school teacher thinks Republicans are stupid By Kalyn McMackin - The Daily Caller 12:05 AM 04/05/2012
A Virginia elementary school teacher told her students that Republicans are stupid and they dont care about anyone but wealthy people and businesses.
Kristin Martin said this to her 6th grade class as Republican voters were filing into the halls of Powell Elementary School in Fairfax County to vote on Super Tuesday.
It all started when this disabled kid came in and named all the Republicans candidates for Super Tuesday, one student told The Daily Caller. She [Martin] said to him, I dont like them, I think that they are stupid.
Martins statements were brainwashing students, according to one mother, who said she is a Republican and asked not to be named to protect her daughter from retaliation.
I felt like the teacher was brainwashing naive, young children to believe people like me, my family and, to a certain extent, my daughter, were stupid, she told TheDC via email.
The mother came forward with her daughters story after TheDC first reported on another Fairfax County teacher who instructed his students to conduct opposition research on Republican candidates for president. (RELATED: Va. middle-schoolers assigned opposition research on GOP candidates)
Additionally, her daughter relayed that Martin told the classroom that she had voted for Obama and that Democrats do more for the community and schools.

[ This constant refrain that Republicans are only rich people makes no sense. How many rich voters are there compared to middle class and poor ones (who, I guess, according to the liberal side, would all be Democrats as they count them)? Seems to me that the rich by definition are far fewer in population than the rest. How in the WORLD can ANY Republicans get elected when there must be so few of them? ]
This is because the Libs think that the Few rich out there are masteres of brainwashing us “Bitter clinging hicks” that reside in flyover country.
>>We pre-emptively fired all public school teachers by homeschooling.
And yet you (and I) still pay their salaries. We REALLY need “separation of school and state” in this country.
I consider property taxes to be ransom.
Yeah, it’s wrong, but I’d rather pay it and not sacrifice my kids to the system.
She has no problem taxing producing Republicans spending the hard earned dollars they generate. When you can’t do, teach. But when you teach your in the union and someone else decides how much you will earn.
The life you picked honey, not much of a career no wonder your miserable.
Sent her an e-mail, polite but pointed. How would she like it if I told kids all Democrats are freedom stealing Marxist wannabees? I also pointed out that the leadership IS just that. But I’d teach the kids the comparative policies of both systems and let them draw their own conclusions.
Using Logic...(I know, doesn’t work on a liberal)...anyway, using logic.
The victor in an election is the person who get’s the most votes. So logically, a person who wants to win an election, needs to amass more voters than his/her rival.
So logically, a candidate for the “poor” must find or create more “poor” to win an election, and a candidate for the “rich” must find or create more “rich” people to win an election.
So the question is, would you rather belong to the party that wants to keep/make you poor, or the party that wants to keep/make you rich?
I want all teachers to stop teaching what their union tells them and to realizes that it is their selves who are truly stupid for carrying water for the union leaders.
For democrats it's all about the collective.
Colin Powell publicly endorsed Obama for president.
Any relation to Trayvon?
Outstanding idea. Then ask her if she is a member of the Communist party...
