OK about 2 weeks ago my wife was doing SOMETHING on my computer(PC) and SOMEHOW my web "Homepage" got changed to Google.com. I have tried EVERYTHING I can to change it back to what I want(Yahoo). I use Mozilla and even when I look at IE that one was changed too. I HATE Google and I find Yahoo to be SLIGHTLY less offensive. Please Help!
did you got to Tools/Options in Mozilla and change it there/
When you say you Have “tried everything,” what have you tried? It would help to know.
What Windows version you running?
For WinXP, what does it say if you go to Tools, then Internet Options? Should have your homepage listed there.
And, you went to “tools”, “options” and changed your homepage back?
First, what web browser are you using?

Added= this is for IE.
Tools, options, General...enter the home page you want and click apply or save or OK at the bottom
Go to Control Panel, Internet Settings, and change it there...............

You forgot to ask if he was logged in..............
Sorry, I see you use Firefox.
You have a browser hijack trojan. Download/run Spybot Search/Destroy.
Go to Yahoo, then from your browser menu select - Tools / Options - click the General tab and then click on “Use Current Page.”
On the taskbar on the bottom of the screen click on “Start”, then click on “run”.
In the dialog box that appears type
regedit
and click on “ok”.
On the left pane of what comes up, click on “My computer”.
On the menu select Edit/Find and search for “wwww.google.com”.
When it finds one, it’ll highlight it on the right pane. Double click that to open it and change the name and press ok.
Press F3 to find the next such occurence and change. Keep going until the entire registry is searched. It’ll tell you when it’s finished searching through the registry.

My guess is you have a virus causing the problem.
If you have set the home page back in the browser settings, but it keeps reverting, most likely that is because some sort of browser add-on, toolbar, or some other software was installed and is setting it back. This is *really* easy to happen, as lots of inexpensive software installs this sort of thing in order to get a kick-back from Google (or Yahoo or MS). Typically the software will ask if you want to install this, but it is subtle and most people click right past it without noticing.
Go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs (or Uninstall Software) and see what is installed. Uninstall anything suspicious there. SOrry I can’t say which program it is for sure w/o seeing it. You might also go into Firefox Add-Ons and look at the browser extensions/add-ons to see if it is there. You can probably disable it from there as well.
Good luck.
