I don’t like Romney. At all. That being said, if Romney is the Republican nominee against Obama I will vote for Romney. We can primary him in 2016. But we cannot, if we love this country, allow Obama to be re-elected. If Obama ran against an old sock I’d campaign like crazy for that sock.

Romney is awful; but can you imagine an unfettered Obama, who will likely get to pick TWO MORE Supremes next term?

bears repeating

“Romney is awful; but can you imagine an unfettered Obama, who will likely get to pick TWO MORE Supremes next term?”

Time to grow up and stop acting like children. Until Conservatives control the GOP we will continue to have the candidates the current establishment wants.

I agree. Bad as Romney might be, another Obama term is an unimaginable nightmare. Besides Supreme Court picks, in every other sphere of his Presidency, he will no longer care about re-election. Inasmuch as he was already a brazen commie bastard when he was facing re-election, it boggles the mind to think about what he’d do in a second term. G-d help us and save America!

Well stated.

Anyone who stays home rather than vote for the Republican candidate will be complicit in the re-election of Obama.

Our nation cannot endure another four years of this catastrophic president.

Give your head a shake pal, you would be trying to deny an incumbent President the nomination of his own party after 4 years? You talk about "primary'ing" him in 2016, that's not like some RINO Congressman from some podunk district somewhere, you're talking about the incumbent power of the Presidency, so you can go on and believe that little fantasy you've got going, but don't expect the rest of us to buy into that crap, ok?

Oh, stop...that makes too much sense...and I agree with you, even if socks' running mate was a dirty jockstrap.

Maybe we should start a campaign...

Vote for ought-six's old sock

The SOB in office needs to go.

I think it's OK to squabble about the candidates during the primary but after that we need to do everything we can to rid this country of the race baiting, class warfare inciting, economic and job killing moron we have now.

Careful - you can get banned on here for saying stuff like that.

Well said - Obama has got to go. Like Bush's second term, it will be up to Talk Radio and grassroots activism to keep Romney honest. Fiscally he will likely make us proud as an experienced businessman who appreciates efficiency.

But eating one's words is not uncommon when making political predictions.

Yes me too I don’t understand how anyone would not. We have to stop Obama and save our country.

You’re right on the money, o-s. I agree with every word - do I like Romney? No. Would I vote for any Repub opposing BHO? A no-brainer for those of us who realize that with a Repub (any of them) we gain time to save our country.

With a totally unrestrained, unmasked BHO, we don’t have a future. Period. His second term wouldn’t necessarily be his last one (if he can’t finish us off during that period, though I believe he absolutely can), and it would be even more horrific than most imagine.

We canNOT afford grudge-holding, spite or sitting it out to “teach them a lesson”. That’s what crowned the foreign, America-hating, radical, dictatorial traitor and his equally hateful consort soiling our WH.

This election (if the Wan allows it to happen) is about our very survival - as a country and as individuals.
