Ginzberg, Sotomayor, Breyer and Kagan would never vote against it.

Ginzberg, Sotomayor, Breyer and Kagan would never vote against it. Kagan or Sotomayor in a losing effort may try to establish their bona fides. Exactly as Congressmen do on a losing bill, by agreeing with their leadership to vote against their party to protect themselves from their constituents.

"Ginzberg, Sotomayor, Breyer and Kagan would never vote against it. "I predict an eight to one vote to kill the whole thing, with Ginsberg being the only holdout.
