I wonder - does this mean the results of vote are leaked?
Attacking the Supremes for standing up for the Constitution? Because - if Obamacare was approved - they would not be risking alienating other justices. Votes can be changed.
Think of it - you are a Justice on the bubble - and you think - let it pass “for the good of the country” - are these the people you want to turn your country over to?
Since they are attacking - they must have lost.
Communism is simply grotesque.
Anything is possible. All of this could be a preemptive strike at the SCOTUS as they are coming to a decision, or to set themselves up to sow unrest because of a negative result.
They have already stated they want to ramp up violent protest this summer. I don't think it matters if they know or not at this point. The assumption is that they already lost and they are making it very clear that they want civil unrest.
We may see those barbed wire FEMA camps put to use in the coming summer.

No we won’t. There will be a lot of dead people before they get too many into those places.
I don't think so. Once a few gun shots are fired and a few people die, a crowd can be managed relatively easily. The Chinese have proven that with their gulags, and so did the Soviets with theirs.

You are reading the actions of the Fascists all wrong. They do not want an active revolution. There is no need for it. They are winning a gradual reduction of our rights, and a gradual erosion of our country - daily - for 40 years.
The LAST thing they want to do - is risk the game by a super dramatic action.
We will have some riots, and silliness - but nothing “FEMA Camp” like - at all. They don’t want the frog to jump out of the pot.
Said differently - what is the worst that could happen from their current situation? Obama loses - and Romney wins? A slight decrease in rate of frog boiling - but still making the same dinner.
Obama will just play this from a “What is best for Obama” point of view - I still like my earlier observation.
