You think thrill killing should be encouraged??? There's no mention made that these killings had anything to do with herd control or any form of effective wildlife management. This was a thrill kill.

If there hadn't been a forest full of bambi around, this guy would have taken out a pasture of cows, horses, or other livestock. This guy killed to satisfy a bloodlust. Yeah, definitely the kind of behavior that needs to be encouraged.

You're right. Jeff Daumer got his start that way. I suppose some here would have praised him for eliminating stray animals...

This wasn't a managed population reduction hunt, it was a slaughter for the 'fun' of killing and wounding animals.

Short hop, mentally, to doing the same from a rooftop somewhere...

I guess I missed where he said that in the article. Did you read a different one? ...Or, are you substituting baseless speculation for fact?

I don't care if they were feeding the deer with poison corn, more deer dead is a step in the right direction.
