Senate Republican staffers continue to look though the 2010 health care reform law to see whats in it, and their latest discovery is a massive $17 trillion funding gap.
The more we learn about the bill, the more we learn it is even more unaffordable than was suspected, said Alabama Sen. Jeff Sessions, the Republicans budget chief in the Senate.
The bill has to be removed from the books because we dont have the money, he said.
The hidden shortfall between new spending and new taxes was revealed just after Supreme Court justices grilled the laws supporters about its compliance with the Constitutions limits on government activity. If the court doesnt strike down the law, it will force taxpayers find another $17 trillion to pay for the increased spending.
The $17 trillion in extra promises was revealed by an analysis of the laws long-term requirements. The additional obligations, when combined with existing Medicare and Medicaid funding shortfalls, leaves taxpayers on the hook for an extra $82 trillion in health care obligations over the next 75 years.

No, no, no, then the federales couldn't redistribute our money in proper proportion to their favored cronies, friends, family, post-government employers and campaign contributors!
“” “(There’s) your Republican Party, people: always “going along to get along” while Democrats happily bash their brains in, routinely calling them every mean, nasty, rotten, vicious, incendiary thing they can think of, and then some - should they ever object, even for a moment.
After which: Cryin’ John will apologize, because it must be our fault they don’t love us. Boo Freakin’ Hoo.
Battered Wife Syndrome, anyone?
Well, speaking for the non-masochistic base of the GOP: we’ve had enough of this Sheeeite.
We desperately need representatives with brass knuckles and brass balls; instead we get a bunch of invertebrate eunuchs; fairy-a**ed, pussifed little wimps who can’t take a punch without whining and pouting like Richard Simmons on estrogen supplements.”
Too mild.... : )
I’m NOT staying home - but that doesn’t mean I vote for Mitt/evil!! I NEVER voted for a PRO HOMO/PRO ABORTION/anti traditional marriage/BigGov’t socialistic HEALTHCARE POS candidate and not starting now. I’m not pulling a lever for his devil.
Men died for our freedoms - one nation under God - I honor THEM. I honor AMERICA - not her enemies. I’m not teaching the GOP anything - evil doesn’t learn - it only get worse and they have. I choose NOT to be part of them.
Someone should make a graphic with the “bill” from the old ABC cartoon with a hoody over it’s head

Nobody pays less until you take some costs out of the system.
Or, win the half-a-billion dollar lottery about 35,000 times!
I’m so glad you posted the ant population number. It provides me a place to post this......

Until we learn to communicate with ants and bees we have no hope of communicating with extra terresterials.
Supreme Court Justices: Are Justices, Senators, and Representatives required to sign-up for ObamaCare, or do they get special treatment and so they are exempt?
My thoughts:
I believe that ObamaCare is one big mess.
Still, I wish we could do something so that we average people can be covered by some type of health insurance.
For instance, average income people could purchase $10,000 to $20,000 coverage, and then the government would kick in with catastrophic coverage once the medical bills are more than $20,000.
$20,000 coverage would take care of routine visits to the doctor and a few emergency room visits per year.
Serious tests and sicknesses---like cancer and diabetes---would be covered by government catastrophic insurance.
People with no income, such as homeless people: We should try to come up with a special program where they can get basic care until they can get back on their feet and pay for some of the coverage.
We have got to do something to help the less fortunate to get health coverage, but sad to say, ObamaCare is not the answer, because its 2,000 plus pages are nothing but pages of confusion after confusion.
How about a massive tax deduction or exemption up to a certain limit if you contribute to health care charities that help the uninsured?
Bottom line is we can’t have another government program. They can’t manage their books. Charities can manage their books. So creating a voluntary mechanism and incentive for people to send their money to charities that help the health care problem makes a lot more sense.
I think the pic is self-explanatory ...
Americans have the political smarts and the attention span of a gnat. When the poop really hits the fan they will take retribution with whomever is in the WH at the time it goes down. Rats play this game much better than Repubs, it will be a Republican whom gets the blame, believe me.
Correction!
I already sold America to the Muzzies, before I promised the Ruskie’s they could have Her, before I am now promising America to the Chinks who already Own Her Thanks to my Treasonous acts to destroy Her!
Any a$$ that signed that bill should resign in disgrace right now.
I’d like to take that giant mallet of Pelosi’s and...let her ride home on it.
Um this looks like that new math I have been hearing about. You know, 2 plus 2 can equal what ever you want as long as you are trying..............

” Let the bill stand. Obama will forever be known as the incompetent clown who crashed the economy.”
I hope you are joking.
