The father of Toulouse gunman Mohamed Merah told FRANCE 24 that he wants to sue the French state for failing to capture his son alive.

Benanel Merah told the French television on Tuesday that police besieging his son’s Toulouse flat were "hasty" and they “could have used sleep-inducing gas and taken him like a baby.”

Merah hired Algiers-based lawyer Zahia Mokhtari, according to the BBC. Mokhtari told French media that Merah considered his son murdered by security services.

Mohamed Merah, a 23-year-old Frenchman of Algerian origin, killed three Jewish children and a rabbi and three Muslim soldiers in southwestern France before he was shot by police commandos from the elite RAID unit after a 32-hour standoff in a suburban Toulouse apartment.

Perpetrator now elevated to victim status.

This is a total inversion of cause and effect, of justice and retribution, and of every principle of sane jurisprudence.

Shari’a law at work. The Muslim is never in the wrong.

This is why you need collective punishment. When someone goes Jihadi, you need to kill him AND his family.
Collective punishment works.

obama’s number one personality flaw... he never accepts responsibility and he always projects his guilt onto others... the sharia way.

Benanel Merah should be indicted for releasing a toxic contaminant into the environment back in 1989 whenever he deposited his defective spermatozoa into whatever porcine sow gave birth to that dead, child-murdering sonuvabitch.

Say there Pops Merah? Your cowardly little bastard is burning in Hell right now, how does that suit you?

That is ‘exactly’ what would happen in any Arab country. The Muslims are just making fun of the stupid Western Infidels. They do not fall for this nonsense in their own countries. Many Arab leaders would kill the father and the family and wipe out the entire neighborhood in which he lived. They do this for a reason and a purpose.

When dealing with Muslim fanatics, it is very much like dealing with wild animals. Their instinct is always to kill. The only way to stop them from killing is to make the punishment so extreme that it will be inculcated that killing is not personally profitable to them. It is only when they feel pain personally or feel personally threatened that they will will have pause.

Western, so called, ‘laws’ and ‘sentimentalities’ are a laughing joke to the Muslims, and they only serve to prove that the weak, stupid, infidels are ready for conquest deserve what they get.

he killed babies, he deserved to die. France does not have the death penalty, this way he got what he deserved. May he rot in allah’s heaven (known to the rest of us as hell) with his 72 virgin demons waiting to shove pineapples)

I’m afraid you’re right.
Any tendency toward mercy is simply considered weakness by Moslems other less civilized creatures.

This stinks on ice, and erodes the rule in law in civilized countries. I can see government using this against anyone they don’t like, but right now the immediate threat is Islam. Not “Radical Islam;” not “Islamism;” Islam.

If it didn’t get innocents killed, I’d agree with you.

Personally, I think Jesus would scourge them from earth, just like god did the prophets of Baal.

Shari’a law at work. The Muslim is never in the wrong.

Hadith Volume 1, Book 3, Number 111:

Abu Juhaifa said, "I asked Ali, 'Have you got any book (which has been revealed to the Prophet apart from the Qur'an)?' 'Ali replied, 'No, except Allah's Book or the power of understanding which has been bestowed (by Allah) upon a Muslim or what is (written) in this sheet of paper (with me).' Abu Juhaifa said, "I asked, 'What is (written) in this sheet of paper?' Ali replied, it deals with The Diyya (compensation (blood money) paid by the killer to the relatives of the victim), the ransom for the releasing of the captives from the hands of the enemies, and the law that no Muslim should be killed in Qisas (equality in punishment) for the killing of (a disbeliever).

Uh since he was never there for his son in the first place,I’d say it is kind of late in the game to get involved at that point. He is very unlikely to succeed at making a case that the use of force was exaggerated.
