Totally above the law? That is why so many rich want communism IMO. They'll still have their wealth and power but with the coveted status of being above the law and no longer will they be held accountable for their crimes -- of all kinds.
McClellan Committee, RFK was chief counsel I believe.
I know that there is video out there (I saw it when it happened at the time):
The McClellan [1950s Senate] Committee where Kennedy grilled leading Mafia figures of the day, most of whom repeatedly invoked their Fifth Amendment rights against self-incrimination. Bobby Kennedy taunted his adversaries relentlessly; during one such grilling of Chicago Mob Boss Sam Giancana, the wiseguy erupted into a nervous giggle, prompting Bobby Kennedy to taunt: "I thought only little girls giggled, Mr. Giancana!"
.. and people wonder why he was shot. Go figure.

Savage was among the first to note that Obama probably had never been told NO before becoming president.
But comparing the '60s radicals to spoiled children has long been in the vernacular.
For the aged 1960s Marxist-Alinsky campus spoiled brats and their bratty ideological issue (like our president) the social contract, our Constitution and our "heritage of laws not men" are like authoritarian parents.
In childhood many either defeated or (like our president) never faced curbs on their behavior. Any form of restriction is insufferable.
Nothing is too vile, too violent to defeat the restrictions -- on them -- of the social contract, the Constitution and our "heritage of laws not men."
Obama been laudin' that 1960s long, hot summer -- this time followed by his martial law. I bet this is what is really under the hoodie.
