No...half white half hispanics are considered white. Half white half black are considered black...if they are the president.
Actually, statistics are separated into "white/non-hispanic" and "white/hispanic". That was done because the "white/hispanic" figures were being diluted by the "white/non-hispanic". When isolated, the "white/hispanic" rates are significantly higher than the "white/non-hispanic".
