Well now we know where the media got the “white male” info. It is right there in the police report. They thought he was white.

Why did the officer write down the statute Zimmerman supposedly violated when he didn’t know what happened?

What confuses me about the police report is that it list 3 adult witnesses, yet an ABC news report yesterday named a 13 year old "Austin Brown" as a juvenile witness, and he is not included in the police report.

I found it odd that ABC listed the name of a juvenile, as I thought privacy rules prohibited this practice.

“Whoever shall unnecessarily kill another, either while resisting an attempt by such other person to commit any felony, or to do any other unlawful act, or after such attempt shall have failed, shall be deemed guilty of manslaughter, a felony of the second degree,” the law reads.

Stupid freaking law. The author should be castrated and sent to Iraq.

Florida statute 782.11 doesn’t apply if you are protecting yourself or the life of another.

Zimmerman was observing Martin. That is not illegal and is not threatening. I’ve read that Zimmerman said he was returning to his truck when he was attacked by Martin. If that’s the case the “stand your ground” law DOES apply.

Plus, the tape shows he said “Okay” when told he didn’t need to follow Martin. I think I can assume he stopped.
