Or, in your red-herring case, irrelevant to the matter at hand, even if true, though that's nowhere in evidence. If you can't tell the difference, that's sad. If you can, but you go ahead and do it anyway, that's shameful.

It is not shameful to assess and then project based on real probability.
The probability for a Trayvon child or even multiple children by more than one mother is high.
