I ran an in house suspension room in a Queens NY JHS. (NYC does not allow for home suspension.) A five day suspension was and is no big deal. You can get a five day for cutting a class,listening to an iPod in class or many other not so serious acts. I would not paint Martin as a possible thug because of a five day suspension.Yyears ago when NYC had home suspension I got three kids suspended in one period for behavior in the cafe when I ran the cafe.What'd they do? Refused to clean their tables. Hardly criminal activity.

When the debt ceiling is NOT raised, the GOP is afraid of the RAT media. There is NO USA default if the debt ceiling is not raised UNLESS THE ZERO ADMIN chooses there to be a default at the expense of all his socialism program payouts. The USA has enough monthly income to pay all the debt owed on bonds and T bills. It won't happen by choice because the GOP is spineless and will not swallow the medicine needed to right the ship of state.

I just read on The Daily Caller that there had been planned a big rally by the New Black Panthers with Head Poobah Shabazz something something to lead the march.

It all fell through with only two NBP’s hurredly meeting clear cross town.

Y’all gotta know they didn’t cancel this for no reason.

And the nomination for the stupidest statement of all about the Trayvon case goes to.....TADA...

So he says if he had a son that son would like Trayvon.

And this means what?

Don’t you think that a five day suspension for refusing to clean their tables is a bit extreme? Kids like that don’t mind being suspended. On the other hand a week of school detentions would be much more effective. It’s too bad that the teachers and administrators don’t want to stay for the hour after school to administer the detentions.

This was Florida, though, the school system might or might not be different.

We actually got in time to stop it from going down our area. They are just doing the studies and have spent $10 million but the plan will take out a major arterial and cost between $200 and $500 million per mile. It has caused a major earthquake in Portland.
