So I guess it’ll be the Kel-Tek 3AT instead of the Ruger LCP unless anyone has good things to say about the Taurus 738. Anyone have an opinion?

I would try to find a shooting range with one you can rent before you buy. My wife can’t handle the loud report and recoil from these Light Carry pistols. I make her practice with what she carry’s, currently my Taurus 890. Maybe in .380 it would be OK. One nice thing is the TCP comes with a nicely constructed nylon case that clips to your belt and looks like it holds some electronic gizmo—concealed in plain sight, as it were.

Yawn, gun shows are fully stocked, enjoy. Gunbroker has over 14,000 ruger listings.

don’t worry about it. For the price, my Kel-tec PF9 is great. Its no Ruger or Khar or Kimber but it has shot fine thru 500 rounds so far and is light as a feather. Good luck!!

I own the Kel-Tec in .32acp and it feels fine in my hand; I don’t imagine the .380 will be much stiffer. The other option is the Kel-Tec PF9. It’s a more serious round, a larger capacity and not much bigger profile.

So many options

I literally trust my Kel-Tec P3AT with my life. Been carrying it in a pocket holster for 2 years now. It fires every single time without fail, and is deadly accurate.

I believe ammunition is going to be the dollar's replacement.

If you can't find the guns you want, buy the largest number of the guns closest to your ideal guns, and buy lots of ammunition, then more ammunition, then more after that. If you know what you're doing and/or willing to learn, invest in reloading equipment and start making your own ammunition. No, it's not too soon.

I brought a Ruger SP 101 2.25” last month from a local dealer at a really great price.

RGR/Ruger and SWHC/Smith and Wesson Holding Company might be the new gold investment for those of us who believe in the second amendment.

Look at the YTD stock performance of these two American companies.

Buy into the stock of these two companies and support our second amendment and American companies.

I was never a Ruger fan... taurus makes good guns. Honestly, I haven’t shot a Ruger pistol in a long time now. Last time I did, I didn’t like the trigger pull on the P89.

How much, if any, is due to feds ordereing 450 MILLION rounds of .40 caliber pistol ammo?

I hear that and thing that if SHTF the police, especially SWAT, armories could become the new “gun shops.”

Ruger has something like $4 per share in cash along with zero debt. And don’t forget the 2% dividend. Oh, and did I mention their deep lineup.
