A Congressman who told a town hall meeting recently that he questions whether Barack Obama’s birth certificate is legitimate now has confirmed he’s watching Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s investigation into the president’s eligibility.

It was at a Feb. 25 town hall meeting that Rep. Clifford Stearns, R-Fla., told constituents, “All I can tell you is that the general consensus is that he has produced a birth certificate. The question is, is it legitimate?”

Sheriff Arpaio should make a formal request for an investigation to his representatives in Congress, Sen. McCain, Sen. Kyl and Rep. Paul Gosar.

Barring that, DHS Sec. Napolitano is custodian of Obama’s INS records and has a residence in Arizona. Certainly, she has a backup copy of Obama’s INS records on her home computer.

We all understand why Arpaio is doing this. However, he was on our local station as a guest yesterday and said his main concern was the forgery of official documents as his motivation, not necessarily taking down Obmamlamdingdong.

No he hasn't produced a birth certificate. He has produced a computer image of something that resembles a birth certificate. I could produce a computer image that makes it appear that I am the Pope; which is why no Motor Vehicle Bureau, Court, or Little League accepts computer images as proof of anything, especially computer images with substantial evidence that they have been doctored such as the one Obama produced.

,,,,,, this is crazy ,,, all along the courts have been saying that the challenges to the BC are coming from people who have no “STANDING” to challenge the usurpers eligibility . The congressman has that standing as do they all but they ALL lack the cajones to save the country from doom . Sheriff Joe is todays biggest National Patriot ,, he has the cajones but not the STANDING . Perhaps one day some sleeping congressman will wake up and join him in his effort but only if their jobs are in jeopardy . Until then ,, don't hold your breath . I would rather be referred to as a racist than a subject of a socialist/communist regime and that's what their problem is ,,, fear of being labeled a racist if they confront the eligibility question .
