Last weekend in the city of Chicago alone, gangbangers slaughtered ten people and wounded another forty. The youngest fatality is only six years old. The youngest person wounded is only one-year-old. Many of the victim were pedestrians sprayed with bullets in drive by shootings. The national news has said nothing about this.
So why does one shooting in Florida warrant weeks of national news? Why has there been thousands of articles a day, for the last four days, about one single shooting?
Almost all of the news items about George Zimmerman and Trayvon Martin contains a combination of false statements, opinions presented as facts, transparent distortions, and a complete absence of some of the most relevant details. Almost all news items are written soley from the point of view of the grieving family. The media also fills their articles with outdated baby-faced pictures of Trayvon. Very few include that he was a towering 6'2” football player. Is the media really reporting the news, or is this classic agitation/propaganda to advance a political agenda.

No where in the call (not a 911 call, but a non-emergency number,which is what you are supposed to use when reporting suspicious activity) is it audible that Zimmerman says anyhting (confronts) Martin. Also, no evidence that he was brandishing his weapon. Finally, there are no statutes that state someone with a legal CWP can not be a patrolling member of a neighborhood watch, that would be unconstitutional. But then, as others have stated, getting rid of concealed carry is more than likely the ultimate agenda of the MSM et al.

I heard the 911 tapes that were released. And there were no racial slurs used by Zimmerman. If you have links to the recording that shows a slur being used then please provide a link.

Name the times that happened. This is all urban legend passed on from one ignorant person to another. That is what liberals claim will happen with concealed carry: People will just get into traffic accidents and bar brawls and shoot each other. That hasn’t happened.
Yes the Jungle drums are going to put a lot of pressure on the DA to do something. It just probably won’t go anywhere. I can’t see a jury of 12 convicting a guy who was on the ground yelling for help of murder. The family will go after him civilly.
We don’t know the facts- only the stories the lib rats have put out.
I still say there a reason Zimmerman was not arrested.

He was a minor, so who knows? NBC did manage to find out that Zimmerman had a domestic in his past.

But the sentiment in the first sentence COULD actually be a good [righteous] one, consider the numerous “laws” which exist only to 1) entrap, and b) deprive of rights. (Prime example being the “[ex-]felons can’t have guns” ‘law’.)
I can’t quite make out what he says...f**king ???? and I’m not even certain it is directed at or about the kid/suspect.
It could be *f’ing *whatever that was hindering his following the guy. It just isn’t clear to me. If I had heels on I might say f’ing shoes!
I would find it odd that some kid with hand in his pants walking around looking in places while it is RAINING. Then the kid starts running. I would have reported that myself.

I don’t know what happened here but I do know it won’t be solved on the internet or in the media. It is for a court of law to decide.
You are exactly correct. I think a lot of this is to get us used to the rule of the mob, as stirred up by the MSM, instead of the rule of law.

What I was trying to show, was that if Trayvon Martin was afraid of George Zimmerman, he could have avoided him by simply going inside. Both of them had every right to be where they were. Neither was obligated to go anywhere.
The question, which the Martin partisans are trying to define as irrelevant, is: Who started the physical altercation, or Who attacked who?

Trayvon Martin was not a thief and was not a criminal. He wasn’t even trespassing. Zimmerman forced this situation. If some fat loser was chasing my son at night in the rain I would want him to “stand his ground” if necessary and defend himself. If Trayvon was sucessfully defending himself that does not excuse Zimmerman shooting him. Zimmerman does not have the stand your ground defense in this stituation.
Again, there is no evidence that he was being chased. Watched,yes, chased no. He isn’t out of breath in the dispatcher tape.
