Today, the Supreme Court has sided with an Idaho couple in Sackett v. EPA, a private property rights case, ruling they have the right to go to court to challenge an Environmental Protection Agency policy that blocked construction of their new home and threatened fines of more than $30,000 a day.

YEA!!! someone else gets it! It is time to make government smaller, by cutting the number of people in the federal government so they don’t have time for crap programs, like this one. The government that does the least governs best. Every single politician should be working to make government smaller or else we should work to remove them.
BRAVO!
Perfectly stated.
Willard will appoint justices which are as far to the left as Obamney would, so your argument is moot.
If Obamney wins then the blame falls to only those who voted for the pair. In an Obamney election, anyone who fails to vote third party is a traitor. A traitor to the Declaration of Independence, a traitor to the Constitution, a traitor to the U.S, and an abortion-loving traitor to God.
I’ll never understand how a person can sit there one moment and say they are MR. Right wing Patriot and the next, vote for those who are the living embodiment of everything they claim to be against.
The lesser of two evils still elects evil. In the off-road motorsports world we had plenty of fools that were willing to ‘compromise’ their principles i landuse. “Oh if we give the greenies these roads/trails, they will leave us alone.” Of course once said trails were bargained away, the greenies immediately went to work on more ‘safe’ places...and they were bargained away...over and over.
I left the sport and the fight in the early 2000s after determining that the greenies weren’t the big problem. Compromisers in my own community were.
Today, almost every area I was involved in the fight to keep open is now either totally off limits or mostly so. EVERY ONE.
But hey, lets compromise something even more important - the very principles of America, just to ‘win.
Nope. Not me. I learned my lesson and to hell with those that will.
Well, I hadn't planned to do that, but if you say so...

Aside from the EPA, their bureaucratic muscle, the Corps of Engineers have been a totalitarian juggernaut oppressing property owners for 50 over 40 years. Maybe they should put up a huge sign on their buildings, like Mc Donalds... but I digress.
Suffice for now to post two links for those inclined to dig deeper into this story:
And
Note the unusually strange mix of bedfellows alerted to this case, some, I assume from the darkside, and others supporting the fading "Force."
Wow.
I wish I could have said it as well.
Bravo!
Oh yes...
The Primaries?
Gingrich.

“As much as the lying mitt sucks there is no way he can suck as bad as the real marxist in office.”
Oh, really? Romney signed universal health care and cap & trade into law in Massachusetts. Then, he asked Obama to adopt the individual mandate on a national level in 2009. He defended the bailouts. His judicial picks were mainly liberal Democrats. In fact, when Romney met with NARAL leaders in 2002, he promised them his judicial picks would be MORE likely to protect abortion rights than those of a Democrat!
I dare you to tell me how the father of socialized medicine the U.S. is any better than Obama, or how there’s even a chance that he “might” do something better.

Thank God for the Sacketts. They have been through quite an ordeal. Hats off to them for pushing this all the way to SCOTUS. Remember the effect of potential new Supreme Court nominees when you vote in November.
NOT according to Romney's track record of appointments in Massachusett's in which he nominated all liberals.
But let's get this on a level playing field here. Do you or don't you think Romney is a liberal?
Does anyone know if Congress eliminated the ability to sue in court or did the EPA come up with that?
It took them 5 years just to be able to go to court to fight the ERA action.
It seems like little people are screwed.
I know he's not a conservative. The fact that he was elected governor of Massachusetts was enough to prove that.
Two other things I know: Willard is not a Marxist like Obama, and it's too early to talk about caving in to the Establishment. I'm going to put away this "If Willard is the nominee" stuff until after the hopefully-brokered convention and pray that it's a moot subject by then.

I can’t say what the cretin would do or not do, but I know that by having an “R” for President would irritate the left.
Maybe the media would even stop being complicit in the destruction of America. And if something bad were to happen
to the President then maybe the “R”s would get the sympathy vote.
When in a dark tunnel one must always move toward even the dimmest of lights. I will do every legal action to help defeat the marxist in there now.
can i get that on a bumper sticker or yard sign...almost as catchy as *hope and change*...
Both Obama and Romney are in a contest to see which one can be the most dishonest.
Maddow (MSNBC) last night was doing some hand wringing over Romney's lies. It was pretty funny to watch considering she had no comments on Obama’s recent claims on drilling and Solyndra. Maddow is against drilling herself.
Thanks for the PMSNBC latest score : )
Biggest LIARS:
1) Obama
2) Maddow
3) Romney
