Do convention rules for the Republican party allow someone who did not officially run for President to be considered at the convention?
Jeb
please...
Palin, West, Perry....even the formerly unvetted Cain are all better than we have in the current crop.
ROFL
Who gives a CRAP about a "Party" that cares not about what principled Conservatives are pissed about, being FORCED to choose between Establishment Elitists that are hand-picked mushy Liberals, calling themselves "Republicans" and TRYING TO CONVINCE voters that they are Conservative?
The Republican Party itself KNOWS they are in deep doo-doo with their RINO picks of Candidates at all levels, and the game of basically choosing between a Liberal "D" and a Liberal "R" has reached the breaking point. While Corporate intersts (and Union interests) are the only donations filling their coffers along with favored constituencies that are bought-off with Taxpayer money, they are afraid of the NUMBERS of flyover-country voters who actually THINK about who they vote for, and don't vote straight-Party tickets anymore.
Here is the GOP’s “conservative” choices:
C Christie
J Bush
M Bloomberg
D Trump
If Mitt is the nominee (shudder) he will almost have to pick Santorum or West in order to win. Just MHO. Palin would just be too much of a distraction for the press to chew on.
I hope Romney gets the Clue that the Republican voters don't want him, he keeps getting delegates trough Shenanigans and winning Liberal States, the States that will actually vote for the Republican in November DON'T WANT HIM!
Still scared of Sarah - and she is completely vetted. I wonder what promised Mittens made?
Let’s just hope Newt at least is prepared to flip on the Flipper.
It would seem logical that the best candidate would come from outside that field.
ABO!! The survival of our Republic is hanging on a knife edge.
The RINOS fear the Tea Party and its Republican delegates to the convention. They hear the rumble of the Tea Party Train already.
The DNC is beginning to realize its “sum of fears.” The RINO faction of the GOP is being forced into a truly representative process, a thing the ruling class of the GOP fears to the point of trembling.
The question is whether they fear it enough to throw all their delegates behind one Rino faction candidate.
Does anyone in their right mind believe this?
Don't get me wrong, I still want the Presidency - badly. There is likely to be two more Supreme Court vacancies during the next four years, and we really don't want any of zero's Marxists. But it is really a disappointment after the glorious 2010. I thought we would storm and solidly take over Congress in 2012. That seems to have faded.
Let’s go Sarah...jump in and game on! Show your support...

It must really hurt their collective egos that it’s clear that NO ONE really wants any of them for our candidate. Everyone’s simply voting against someone ELSE.
