Among those materials could be gold and silver which many believe could be used as currency (as specified in the Constitution) were the paper dollars issued by this private bank called The Fed to lose their purchasing power through hyper-inflation.

By regulating the use of precious metals or just confiscating them as did FDR, Obama could try to force Americans to continue to use worthless paper dollars as currency, allowing the current dollar printing scheme to continue.

The left went apoplectic when Bush signed the Patriot Act and Obama has systematically gone way, way beyond anything Bush ever did. Now we have the precursor to Marshall law and not one media outlet even mentions this?

Interesting isn’t it.

Same thing happened when Bush was accused of wanting to kill Social Security, when in reality he was suggesting putting less than 2% of your SS contribution into a private plan that could earn more. The howls could be heard world wide.

The Congress, minus anyone with an R after their name, literally stole, a half trillion dollars of medicare money to fund Obama Care and, nothing, not a peep.

The elections are in November and obama will still be president until the new CINC tries to take control in Jan. obama can utilize any orders HE deems necessary to retain control during that time. If he does anything it will be after he loses in Nov.

I pray that it doesn't get to that point but if it did, we will have to seriously consider what steps we take next. Our elected "representatives" obviously lack the testicular fortitude to stand up for the constitution anymore, so it is now up to "We the People."

We truly live in unprecendented times. We are witnessing the unrestrained destruction of our Republic. Never in my life did I ever believe I would see these events unfold before my eyes.

Tyranny is not only at the gate; it has stepped across the threshold. The time for action is upon us.
