There is no way any sterilization procedure, outside an accident with a tractor, is free. Therefore, the Obama administraction is picking winners and losers among the medical procedures he will fund. He will subsidize what he wants you to pick, and will increase the cost of what he doesn’t want you to pick. That is bad enough, and we are going to be able to see it more and more. But this also shows that his preference is towards less of us.
