The Hukster is not conservative.
He is just putting on a act like Michael Savage who was a long time communist and now plays a “conservative” talk show host on radio. It, Michael Savage recently donated $5000 to democrat Jerry Brown.

I hope the Huckster succeeds in radio. That way he will not run for office to let his beloved illegals in as creep Obama is.
Pleas suceed and do not run again!

After decades as a dominant force in talk radio, Rush Limbaugh could be in for his biggest fight yet. But the threat isn't from activist groups who dislike his conservative politics. It is from one of his own: former Republican governor of Arkansas and onetime presidential candidate, Mike Huckabee. lol....yah I'm sure ol' Huck will give him a run for his money.
To: EQAndyBuzz
Why do you think the show “will play to the evangelical...”
What do you base that on? Huckabee is a huckster and is into ‘social justice’ and all that bs and to top it off he's a limp wristed RINO.
Btw, I'm a born again believer in Jesus Christ and there is NO WAY I would listen to that charlatan over Rush. NO WAY. Rush speaks what God loves best: Truth

Maybe Huckabee can talk about freeing violent criminals. He can talk about the police officers that they killed.

Kimball: You summed up the whole issue in two sentences.
Rush knows who the real enemy is. Huckabee and O’Reilly like to give them the benefit of the doubt way too much. I seem to remember this kind of thinking at a place called Munich, about 1938. Neville Chamberlain; Mike Huckabee - any relation?
There will be an opening on talk radio in a few months (i.e. Huckabee will be gone). Would you like a new job?
To: TonyInOhio
OMG, there is no comparison. I’ve been listening to Rush for 20 years. He still informs, still entertains. Wouldn’t think of switching.
(and I doubt he’s the least bit concerned with the ‘competition.’ He KNOWS he doesn’t have competition)

Great! Maybe after Rush cleans his clock he will finally retire into obscurity.

Huckabee replace Rush? Hilarious.

I wonder what the author has been smoking. It won’t even be close. There is only ONE Rush Limbaugh. Ask the commie ‘RATS.

I agree. Three hours leaves me wanting more Rush - anyone else, I sample occasionally and no one comes close. Rush’s Obamacare monologues are absolutely compelling. No one does it better.

Ho hum is right. I don’t like him on TV and have no interest in him on radio. He is a “Cant we all just get along”? type, IMO.
No one has the depth of Rush — even his great substitutes. Huckabee can’t compete with Rush as he is not in his league.

That’s the kiss of death...moving in on Limbaugh’s turf. LOL Huckster has not been helpful to the conservative movement. He has been great for the Rinos.
To: Vendome
I remember the 2008 election. To me, the only guy worse (then) than Romney was Huckabee. And they both grated, Romney because his specialty, then as now, was negative campaigning against conservatives and republicans. Huck was a populist, as in 'tax the rich,' and so on.
I was a Fred Thompson guy back then. And it has been pretty much downhill since then.

I live in Memphis and have listened to WBAP for years during the night (Red Eye), the morning drive crew, Mark Davis who used to be in Memphis, except when he has that twit Ben Fergerson filling in for him. You are right about the commercials, they are good.
