Obama DID have some “shovel-ready jobs” in mind: seems like you’re so busy with the Nut-job Conspiracy Theory Ping job that you’ll have to hire new workers soon.
It’s the same thing as Cloward-Piven though, basically. Overwhelm the watchdogs with so much really serious stuff that there’s not enough time to even scratch the surface of one major attack before the next one comes.
