"So do not tell me that we're not drilling. We're drilling all over this country. There are a few spots we're not drilling. We're not drilling in the national mall. We're not drilling at your house. "

The road to Hell is full of crazy talk.
Lets list the areas off to oil and gas exploration and drilling. The only two I can accurately name are ANWR and the Great lakes directional drilling ban. Between just those two that’s literally thousands of square miles off limits to drilling.
I guess they gave a solid “fu” to the good intentions? The road to hell...
We’re not talking about your sex life, Mr. President!
“How many fingers, Winston?”
The public so does not believe Obama, and his continued insistence with this narrative is making him look stupid. Most people understand that Obama is against carbon fuel in general and drilling in particular, and his attempt to now make himself out to be some oil man is just idiotic. I hope the Republicans continue to push the energy story including how estimates on U.S. oil reserves have been expanded dramatically through the new horizontal drilling technology. The only one who belongs to the flat earth society is our zero president who doesn’t get that the U.S. has more carbon fuel available including oil, gas and coal than the Middle East.
He didn’t say what they were drilling for.
I’ll leave that to your imaginations.
Obama: “do not tell me that we’re not drilling.”
How about I just tell you you’re an idiot, Obama.
Drilling who, exactly?
"They" discovered that the Washington Monument SANK due to greater earth movements than expected.
They'll probably be drilling on the Mall to pump concrete down there under the base to keep it in the air.
Oil companies are free to drill WHEREVER they like! The ONLY exception to this freedom is: Can’t drill if there is real oil below. Other than that, can drill ANYWHERE!
Drilling into YOUR wallet!
Truly, a superlative of liar is need to describe POSOTUS. I use the term "Barack sh!t."
Obama is just to cocky and I think he has something up his sleeve that he will pull on election day..
Don’t anyone hold your breath waiting for the media to challenge him to tell which areas are being drilled as a direct result of his policies vice in spite of his policies.
Gosh, he’s as funny as Bill Maher. I nearly laughed myself silly this morning when I was filling up the car. The man is totally out of touch with reality.
Why does Obama tend to make jokes or ridicule when he makes statements?
For example, this drilling issue — why the need to joke about how we’re not drilling on the National Mall? As if those who want more drilling want an oil derrick on the Mall?
Why did he once say, regarding illegal immigration, that Republicans “want a moat with alligators in a moat” as their solution to illegals?
Why did he once say, about Rick Perry, that “a governor of a state on fire denies global warming”, hinting that the devastating wild fires in Texas were caused by global warming, and hinting that somehow Texas and Rick Perry deserved that fate due to their ignorance?
It just seems to be that this president discusses issues in a very callous manner, so as to slip in insults or assumptions about people’s intelligence and such.
There’s oil of the coast of California we can’t touch, Obama has suspended permits off the coast of Alaska, suspended permits inseveral states such as Utah, and drilling in ANWR has been hampered by Democrats since Clinton was in office. America has 400 billion barrels worth of crude and at least 800 billion barrels when you factor in shale oil reserves - we can have energy indepence..we have more oil than the Saudis, but Obama wants us to go back to the middle ages.
I'm sure he does. But foreign events are out of his incompetent hands, thankfully. He clearly is enraged by foreign affairs over which he has no control. LOL!
