Did open voting which allows Democrats and Independents to vote in the GOP primary account for difference in Santorum's victory totals in MS and AL over the last polls which showed him in 3rd place? In other words, the MS and AL polls only polled likely GOP voters and the real voter population included Democrats and Independents. Also, did the Democrats sway the GOP primary results? Did Santorum robo call Democrats to vote for him?
What proof was there of dems were misbehaving and voting to stop Gingrich or Romney for that matter? It's not hard to find where the dems are in Mississippi and Alabama. One look at vote totals and counties will tell you if there was mischief.
Romney people and CNN were spreading that same BS about dems voting in Michigan for Santorum. It did not happen.
The reason I ask which state is, in Alabama 205,000 people voted in the Democratic primary. So there would be quite a few names on a “democrat” list for the democrat primary in any particular precinct.
Mississippi has an open Senate seat, and there are primaries on both sides, so about 100,000 democrats showed up for that race. Al Gore won that primary.
There is always a reason why Gingrich didn’t win, and it’s never that he can’t get enough people to vote for him.
Mississippi had a contested Democrat senate primary. Why would democrats show up and vote in the republican side, when they had an active contest on their side?
I saw only one person vote in the Democrat primary. Why I do not know. Probably they find it as hard to get excited about some of their down ticket contests as I do about ours.
Now, I was only there for about 15 minutes, but in that time 9 people voted. 2 were white, 7 were black, and 8 voted in the Republican primary.
I trust that NEWT has his plan that will TWART Mittens, even if NEWT does not win in the long run. When it is all over at the convention we will have Newt or Santorum. That is a win for us no matter which side you are on.
Remember Newt as Speaker knew better than anyone how to get what he wanted, he did it and made Clinton look good. Newt knows what he's doing now. His mind is brilliant. I'm with NEWT.
100,000 people voted in the Democratic Senate Primary.
Maybe you didn’t see anybody vote, but 100,000 of them did.
The Government I/we deserve was to mean the Politicians. With so much voter fraud, no I.D's, crossover voters, etc. That just is not fair to us. No, we do not get the government we deserve, we deserve better than what the liberals and socialist are giving us, by illegally voting ins our primaries..
Who is big enough to make then stop? Close the primaries and stop all caucuses. Maybe most of us are just to honest to think of tinkering in their elections.., that's how we lose.
Santorum’s grassroots efforts are growing in numbers everyday. The excitement is spreading. It works every time. When the average American gets behind the candidate who is most like themselves the formula works.
You couldn’t be more wrong.
Sorry that what I saw is not consistent with what you imagine in your skull.
To reiterate - perhaps you should read it slowly this time - I was at the polls for 15 minutes. In that time I saw one (1) person vote in the Democratic primary. In that time I saw eight others vote in the Republican primary. For what it is worth, I think that crossovers were voting for Bishop Willard, if that will ease your mind so that you do not cry about it.
Because you can’t trust polls, duhh...
Sorry that I didn't make the facts clear enough for you.
Mississippi Democratic Primary Results:
As you can see, 100,000 Democratic votes.Name Party Vote Percent Gore, Albert Dem 56,680 57% Weiner, Roger Dem 24,075 24% Oatis, Will Dem 19,174 19% 99,829 100%
Don't you feel just a little stupid now, claiming I made that up?
Wouldn't it have been smarter for you to do at least a few minutes of web search before making a fool of yourself?
Probably a distant relative.
