Wasn’t there a story about a woman winning a few million dollars and then filing for divorce without telling her soon-to-be-ex-hubby about the ticket. When it came up at their divorce, the hubby was awarded the entire amount since she lied about it. This is what should have happened to this Portugese liar. He should have had all the money confiscated and given to his coworkers.
All of it.
Then ship his a$$ back to Portugal. We have enough dishonest people here.
We have upgraded technology, scanned and emailed, but everyone sees them before the drawing.
We did something similar. The lady who ran the pool would draft a memo with all the ticket numbers and send a copy to each player before the drawing.

That's what the guy who runs the lottery pool does where I work.He gives us a copy of the numbers with our names and how much we throw in. Some people in the pool throw in double to get 2 shares.
