Different judge, but just as dishonest and stupid.

AG Van Hollen has said he'll appeal.

If requiring a photo ID to exercise a right (to vote) is unconstitutional then requiring a photo ID to keep and bear arms should also be automatically deemed unconstitutional.

Didn’t I just read tho, here on FR that the Supreme Court ruled States had the right to demand ID to vote, or did I read it wrong?

"A government that undermines the very foundation of its existence - the people's inherent, pre-constitutional right to vote - imperils its legitimacy as a government by the people, for the people, and especially of the people," said the eight-page opinion by Dane County Judge Richard Niess. "It sows the seeds for its own demise as a democratic institution. This is precisely what 2011 Wisconsin Act 23 does with its photo ID mandates."

A judiciary that imposes its will to guarantee that democrats can continue to cheat at the polls is a far greater threat. Accepting the notion that voting is "pre-constitutional", aren't dishonest elections even worse than voter ID requirements? Many people will be fooled by the high tone of the judge's argument, but the "logic" collapses at the first whiff of examination.

If voter ID is unconstitutional, how is it that other states are using it? We’ve had ID in VA since the late 90s.

The judge’s reasoning is so pathetically shallow because its the best he can do. The left knows that the only way they can keep getting craven bastards on the bench is through voter fraud. So the ruling reflects this desperation.

Someone on another thread posted the Mexican voter ID card which includes a photo and, IIRC, a thumbprint. Even Mexico, a bastion of integrity in politics, understands that voter ID makes perfect sense, unless you’re trying to steal elections.

These so called “judges” are criminals. They are aiding and abetting their ‘RAT massas to make sure that voter fraud can continue. It’s time to start putting some of these “judges” in jail.

So will they have to show their voter registration card? In Texas you have to have SS# and DL # to obtain one. This should suffice for an ID. But even in Texas( to my experience) they still ask to see your DL along with voter registration card. I really do not seen what the big fuss is about. States need to know if you are a citizen or not before you are allowed to vote, and if you are voting in multiple counties which happens down here. If you are an illegal or do not have a voter ID card you should not be able to vote....period.

I think we should only allow male property owners over the age of 25 years to vote, the only exception being combat veterans.

Government employees, including politicians, and their families should not be allowed to vote, for very obvious reasons.

It’s unconstitutional to let illegal immigrants vote

This, as well as all others overturned, is just a boat load of horse poop! Some lawyers with big cajones need to speak out on this.

There is nothing wrong with requiring an ID, we do it for every other thing in this country. As long as the law requires EVERYONE to provide the ID, there isn’t anything unconstitutional about it. No discrimination involved.

I’m beginning to see more and more evidence that our government is aiding and abetting criminals by allowing illegals to stay in this country. And siding with them more than legal citizens, using our constitution in shady ways.

Good luck to AG Van Hollen!
