Obama impeachment bill now in Congress "crime, misdemeanor"

Let the president be duly warned.

Rep. Walter B. Jones Jr., R-N.C., has introduced a resolution declaring that should the president use offensive military force without authorization of an act of Congress, “it is the sense of Congress” that such an act would be “an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor.”

Goldline.com/Buy-GoldSpecifically, Article I, Section 8, of the Constitution reserves for Congress alone the power to declare war, a restriction that has been sorely tested in recent years, including Obama’s authorization of military force in Libya.

In an exclusive WND column, former U.S. Rep. Tom Tancredo claims that Jones introduced his House Concurrent Resolution 107 in response to startling recent comments from Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta.

“This week it was Secretary of Defense Panetta’s declaration before the Senate Armed Services Committee that he and President Obama look not to the Congress for authorization to bomb Syria but to NATO and the United Nations,” Tancredo writes. “This led to Rep. Walter Jones, R-N.C., introducing an official resolution calling for impeachment should Obama take offensive action based on Panetta’s policy statement, because it would violate the Constitution.”

I just want to know what took them so long to do this.

One of the House GOP members must have wandered off the Boehner plantation. Boy will he be slapped.

There would be a list of at least 20 major crimes the man has committed ALREADY that are in and of themselves, quite impeachable.

For starters, his administration knowingly placing in high government positions in areas of extreme sensitivity, known national security risks (former domestic terrorists/radicials, as well as those with current ties to radical islam, our enemy), to endanger our Defense Department and intelligence community. Some of his recess appointments made without approval by the Legislative, whilst the Senate was in session, are impeachable in my estimate as well.

I’ll bet Rep. Blake Farenthold will not sign on. He turned out to be a party goose stepper.

Why don’t they go after Obama for violating the 10th amendment? Or trying to circumvent the 2nd amendment. Or allying himself with Journolistas to circumvent the first amendment?

GWB would be in shackles by now.

With one or two exceptions, most of our Federal government should be behind bars...

They should have compiled one big list and hit him with everything.

They play for all the marbles and our "leaders" in the GOP have yet to figure out they are even in the game...

No one can be this stupid, but I could easily believe they are that complicit...

How about Omuslim violating the Logan Act by going to Kenya and campaigning on the American taxpayer's dollar for the Muslim mass murderer, Odinga?
