Maher on the other hand, especially as a morale booster commedian, should be the one more careful. There is a difference between free speech and moralizing and demoralizing as a comedian, and the latter is denied total free speech.

Maher paid $1,000,000 in protection money. For that hefty sum, the rats will twist themselves into pretzels to cover for him. Maher does have a problem though as lots of eyes are watching and his little ‘comedy’ profanities won't be ignored.
