BALANDI, Afghanistan (AP) — An American soldier opened fire on villagers near his base in southern Afghanistan Sunday and killed 16 civilians, according to President Hamid Karzai who called it an "assassination" and furiously demanded an explanation from Washington. Nine children and three women were among the dead.

Obama has had American troops in Afghanistan far too long and every death of an Ameican or “innocent” Afhgan is more blood on Obama’s Muslim-Kenyan Anti-American secularists hands.
They tell us that Obama is Commander in Cheif and if the is so, the entire blame for this little incident belongs to Obama.

When we went in in 2001 the Afghans welcomed us shouting “Reagan” and “Charlie Wilson” as we helped them get rid of the Soviets decades earlier. Things were going OK until we brought in DEA guys and started telling them not to farm opium poppies as they had done back to pre-Roman times.
They then told us it was time to leave. We should have.
Obama is one smart cookie. Plenty of people thought he wanted to bug out of Afghanistan, and opposed him for it. By making the ROE’s there extremely onerous for our guys, he’s increased the number of casualties we’ve taken, and made it so that conservatives are begging for a withdrawal. This is no accident - Obama planned it from the beginning...
If we pull out that means defeat and all the troops that died will be for naught. I say let’s get rid of the scum in the WH and win.
We “got” Osama, so if true, then I say, “Mission Accomplished.”
At the least, it makes him a dirtbag who places a low value on American lives.
Not to excuse a shooting, but the women and children were probablly killed when the Muslims males used them as shields.
I do not want to hand a victory to that lowlife in the WH. If we pull out, HE wins and will add it to his “I got Osama list”. No!

What is a “win” in that part of the world? Nothing short of either bombing them back to the stone age (and leaving them there) or converting them to Christianity will fix the problem. And those are just short-term fixes unless we do it to their neighbors...and their neighbors...and their neighbors.
Our national policies have failed to destroy even the Taliban and we give back everything our troops win for us with their blood. It’s Vietnam all over again and now our troops are starting to go crazy from the stress with this new version of the My Lai massacre. The media will have people spitting on soldiers again because of this.
Time for Mr. Apology to appear again. So sick of it.
Some poor grunt probably snapped over the current “rules of engagement”, the ‘ole “They can kill you but you can’t kill them” rules that the RATS put on our troops whenever they’re in control, Korea, Nam and now. The last time they didn’t do that was WWII and guess what we won that one fairly quickly.
