Here you go. Going to the provided link wasn't very difficult, though, K.

112th CONGRESS

Mr. JONES submitted the following concurrent resolution; which was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary

CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

Expressing the sense of Congress that the use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution.

Good. I just WISH and PRAY that our Congress would have the guts to actually impeach this fraud criminal Obama (or whatever his name is).

I’m not holding my breath, though, since the full-force powers of Hell are backing “Obama,” and they will never let anyone succeed against him—UNLESS the LORD has mercy on our nation and smacks that commie bastard down where he belongs.

I would love it but there aren’t enough congresscritters with enough backbone to co-sponsor it, is there? Maybe Bachmann? Poe? West? ... Paul?

It appears this resolution is a hedge against Obama doing the war thing again by simply restating what the Constitution provides, and not the beginning of a congressional effort to remove O from office, at least at this time.

Me too. Good comments, thanks. There is so much in which they could impeach him for. I have never seen such a lazy go along public in all of my life. The congressmen in NC will be ridiculed just in trying. People have to wake up. Our constitution is being ripped right in front of eyes from this pay back mentally group who happens to be in control.

Waste of time and taxpayer money.

There isn’t enough spine in Congress to get it through, and the effort will be little more than a symbolic protest, which will be laughed at by the other side.

We have to take him out through the ballot box and the internet.

Right! So right!

Our "general public" is so miseducated, un- and under-educated, drugged out (legally and illegally) and lacking in a handed-down moral foundation and knowledge of the truth, that they can't even see straight, much less THINK STRAIGHT.

Again, we must remember this quote by an unknown writer (attributed to different sources, including someone in the Czech Republic, but we don't know). I would add to this quote that Obama (or whatever his name is) is not so much "inexperienced" as he is diabolical:

"The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting an inexperienced man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America . Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama. It is less likely to survive a multitude of Idiots such as those who made him their president."

Agreed. But election fraud was easier than waiting for enough real voters to put a Marxist in the O office. I still think there are more of us.

If you're up to it, go for it.

I quit answering the pleas to send faxes and emails, and call Congress critters' offices. Even when we burn the phone lines down, the traitors do what they want anyway.

America needs a good old fashioned revolution. Nothing short of that will get their attention, or lead to substantial changes.

Congressman Introduces Resolution Reaffirming Use of Military Without Congressional Approval is an Impeachable Offense

http://theintelhub.com/2012/03/08/congressman-introduces-resolution-affirming-use-of-military-without-congressional-approval-is-an-impeachable-offense/

North Carolina Representative Walter Jones has introduced a resolution into the House of Representatives that reaffirms the fact that the use of the military without Congressional approval is an impeachable offense.

Sadly we now find ourselves in a country where a Congressman has to essentially issue a veiled threat reminding the military and the Obama Administration of the powers granted to Congress under the Constitution of the United States.

Expressing the sense of Congress that the use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution.

Whereas the cornerstone of the Republic is honoring Congress’s exclusive power to declare war under article I, section 8, clause 11 of the Constitution: Now, therefore, be it

Resolved by the House of Representatives (the Senate concurring), That it is the sense of Congress that, except in response to an actual or imminent attack against the territory of the United States, the use of offensive military force by a President without prior and clear authorization of an Act of Congress violates Congress’s exclusive power to declare war under article I, section 8, clause 11 of the Constitution and therefore constitutes an impeachable high crime and misdemeanor under article II, section 4 of the Constitution.

Under this resolution (which is simply reaffirming the Constitution) Leon Panetta and President Obama would both be subject to impeachment.

This resolution comes on the heels of US Defense Secretary Leon Panetta’s comments that the military will seek international permission (United Nations and NATO) to launch a war on Syria and then inform Congress of their decision.

In his testimony before Congress Panetta blatantly admitted that the military and the Obama admin will not be seeking approval of Congress to attack Syria.
