In all probability, Ohio would have turned out to be a big win for Santorum without Gingrich in the race. That could have off-set the walk-away Romney got in Virginia.
Michigan and Alaska also would have also likely gone to Santorum. Based on the latest polls, Santorum is in second in Alabama, but the split vote will probably give it to Romney.
