“A portion of an $11 million grant to help 400 low-income Detroit citizens purchase “business attire” for job interviews helped exactly two people, a city audit reveals...”
$11 million for clothes for 2 people? Who are these people? Michelle Obama?

$11 million grant to help 400 low-income Detroit citizens...That's $27,500 per person. That sounds about right...

I knew those pimpin’ outfits were pricey, but $5.5 million apiece?

You can buy a very nice business suit or dress at a thrift store for cheap. This is beyond ridiculous!

Real title,
“PART OF $11 MILLION IN STIMULUS MONEY TO BUY POOR JOB-SEEKERS CLOTHES, HELPS JUST 2 PEOPLE”
So,,, was the grant solely for providing cloths? Or was it to be used for other things too? It appears it was used for many other things. Was there a fixed, alloted amount for clothes?

Sandra Fluck could have done so much with that kinda $$$
