Since the Selective Service card was received via a FOIA request and there is also an electronic record in the Selective Services database, it shows that Federal Records have been tampered with. This requires an immediate investigation from Congress.

Just had a ten min conversation with the gal who answered at my congressmen’s office (John Kline, mn). She claimed not to be aware of sheriff joe’s investigation, but took notes as I explained the main points. She was very polite and told me someone would be calling me back to discuss further.
Also- I was elected to a local delegate slot for my district during the caucus. I’ll be bringing this issue up on Saturday when the delegates meet.
The lights are being lit, butterdezillion. You are a patriot and your work has been incredible. The truth will come out, and I have a weird “feeling” that this election is going to be extremely unusual as this issue gathers steam.

After recently seeing the press conference that Sheriff Joe Arpaio held in Maricopa County, it became obvious that a Federal crime has been committed. Not only was the birth certificate fraudulently altered, but it was clear by Sheriff Joe’s findings that the Selective Service card was also fraudulently forged and manufactured.
This is no longer about the minutia of the birth certificate any more. If the Selective Service card is a fraudulent produced document then by Federal law, it is illegal for Obama to hold ANY public office position, not even allowed to be a US Senator.
I request a congressional hearing held on this. When, this month, will that happen?

I am all for your suggestion. As a parallel course, Sheriff Arpaio needs a law enforcement angle he can actually pursue and control, that does not involve Obama directly. The following idea seems pathetic, but no less likely than Congressional Lions suddenly finding courage:
Maricopa County residents who bought the Obama “Birth Certificate” mugs need to file fraud complaints against the Seller, not Obama, for inducing purchases through false representation that the birth certificate data on the mug is legitimate; the Cold Case Posse has already concluded that the source was a forgery. The Seller cannot establish that the Mug Cert Data, so the Sheriff would need to see the original birth certificate(s) and microfilm to establish the facts. Isn’t this a law enforcement reason for production of birth documents per exceptions in Hawaii privacy laws?
I will do what I can, but I have little expectation of any action as long as Obama is in office. My hope would be that he would be escorted out of the WH directly into a jail cell for the rest of his life. However, we’ve been burned so many times that I do not believe it will happen until after he leaves office.
Of note, I had a Black co-worker tell me last night that even if she saw a video of Obama admitting that he was a Communist, she would still vote for him because “tapes can be altered and they just want to go after a Black man. Instead of trying to help him, everybody just wants to get rid of him.” What can you do when you’re dealing with that kind of mentality? My response, “you’re too stupid to be my friend, I am done with you.”
I think the Republican side of the government is in great fear of Black riots and so are caving on everything in the hopes that they can just ride out this administration. I don’t know that we can expect any help as long as Obama is in office. I hope, but I don’t expect, not anymore.
My feeling is that we need to go ahead and let them riot all over the country. Let the world see how they behave. Let them expose their racism, just like my co-worker did last night. It may be our only salvation. Let the riot, let them destroy and do not “fix” things for them afterwards. This is a lesson that our country needs to learn. We have created generations of people dependent on the government, sooner or later, we will have to cut the cord. Things cannot continue as they are if we hope to survive as a nation.
We have spoke, spoke, spoke, and spoke ad infinitum. Apuzzo,
Kerchner, Donofrio, Taitz, Arpaio, Daniels, Booth, Haskins, Berg, etc. have all fallen buy the wayside. We need to wake up to the fact NO ONE who can effect any sort of change is listening; we need to regroup and pool our resources to ensure “we won’t be fooled again.”
I absolutely hate having such a defeatist attitude, but I have come to the realization we are at a dead end. If the Cold Case Posse report does not change anyone’s mind, then nothing will.

Jemian, if I remember correctly you transcribed the audio of a radio spot where Mike Evans talked about his conversations with Neil Abercrombie, and how they couldn’t find a birth certificate for Obama. Did I remember that right? Do you have a transcription pedal for that purpose? Or maybe Sharon Rondeau at The Post & Email has transcribed the press conference?
If we could get this into a format where people could e-mail it to their e-mail lists so people could see exactly what the media is hiding from them it could be useful.
We are without a functioning media so we need to communicate to as many people as possible both the content of this presser AND how serious this really is.
Is there something that could be written up that would make it easier for everybody to communicate with local media, legislators, or friends/neighbors? What can I or anybody else do to help?
To communicate with the people who NEED to take this seriously and realize how serious we are if they try to poo-pooh this issue, I was thinking about the possibility of sending rolls of toilet paper with “The Rule of Law” written on the paper in marker and a note saying something like, “I thought you could use this since I can smell you all the way from Nebraska.” (or wherever you’re from) I don’t know. Does anybody have any thoughts about that?
My thought was that if we had somebody (a coordinator) close to Washington DC, Hawaii, Georgia, maybe Arizona... they could collect names of people who would like to send a roll, maybe each person could pitch in $1 for the work of putting it all together, and that coordinator for that area could arrange to have a name sticker placed on each roll of TP and then all of them could be delivered to the Congress-critters, judge, HDOH, etc who are wiping their bottoms on the rule of law - to inexpensively let them know we are watching and though non-violent we are dead serious about this.
For people who only listen to the MSM, maybe we need to get out on the sidewalks and have some rallies or protests to raise visibility. Maybe fliers. Some of you advertiser/sales types could probably brainstorm much better on this than I can.
This is all stuff the left does better than the right, but we have the choice to either roll over and die, or else fight with what means we still have, before we lose those too. It’s crunch time, right now.
As William Wallace said in “Braveheart”, you know what happens if we don’t do this: Nothing. We are down by a lot, late in the 4th quarter, and if we do nothing the time will run out and the future of this nation and our children will be lost. We can’t give up now. We’re rounding that last corner on the 400-meter run. We have to kick now, or we’ll leave the race with something left that we failed to give. We have to leave it all out on the field, because once we lose this race for the rule of law there won’t be another chance to give what we held back.
