On his show Wednesday, radio host Rush Limbaugh denied he was hemorrhaging advertisers over the Sandra Fluke incident as has been widely reported. People are reporting things that, A, are not true, and B, I dont even think the people reporting it have the slightest idea what theyre talking about, nor do they have the ability to understand it, Limbaugh fumed and shared that his own brother had asked him if he was bleeding sponsors.
No, we have not lost 28 sponsors! Well, how can they say it? Because they lie and because they dont understand how it works, and thats what I want to try and explain! he exclaimed. In fact, folks, we have three brand-new sponsors that will be starting in the next two weeks. Now, obviously, Im not gonna tell you who they are today, but weve got three brand-new, full-fledged sponsors starting in the next two weeks.

Bingo!
Clearly, you don't undertand how it works either.
And I'll not be so kind as to explain it to you.
I usual do not give the ads much notice, but thos AD Council and similar PSA were more frequent, so I have to believe at least in NYC he lost local ads.

You progessive doofuses know everything.
Figure it out yourself
State Farm is AWESOME. VERY attentive with claims and have gone above and beyond the call of duty for my husband and myself more than once. And, maybe Geico is okay if you are their customer, but a claim against them watch out, they’ll lie like the devil.
I like to attempt to live by that....
One of the reasons...I responded to your post.
I choose SENILE, although I do spend a bit of time with middle school students.
Did you not understand that I posted a list provided by Yahoo? I didn’t check whether the list was correct. Yahoo wouldn’t try to deceive me, now would it? /heavy sarcasm
LOL Let me know if you don't get it.
I have three policies with GEICO. Unless they reconsider and renew with Rush, I’ll certainly change.
There may be a lesson in there somewhere, ya think?
There may be hope for you yet.
Best regards.
I had a State Farm agent..for my one vehicle...way back when. Never had a claim..but figured out I was being charged over $600 dollars a year for the same coverage.
Called my "agent" and told her I was leaving....She then told me...I was crazy, and wouldn't get the same "service" I got from her. ( Yeah she sent me a Christmas card every year..) State Farm...was a joke. And I'm sure they still are.
I'm still getting the same coverage for 4 cars...cheaper than I could ever dream of with State Farm.
I agree. The media has the credibility of pro wrestling. Pure Barnum and Bailey...
Rush is flat out WRONG I tell ya!!
If I’d lost a couple of fries out of my container while at a drive-in I WOULD NOTICE!!!
Just my thoughts on this. :)
JB
Thanks. I will definitely switch.
If I had noticed a couple of drive-in movie theaters in this country I WOULD NOTICE!
Maybe it depends on the agent? we’ve had great service for decades. safe driver discounts, multiline discounts, rates never went up because of claims. and you do occasionally get a dividend check. my rates have always been way less than what friends were paying other insurers. unfortunately now I’m in FL where you have to have nanny state PIP insurance in addition to whatever. I will add that SF has been 3 or 4 different agents over 2 states. so I do brag on them. what we went through with Geico, State Farm deserves gold. driver cut off my husband on his motorcycle and caused him to hit pavement and slide. they were ticketed by the trooper and named at fault. Geico then tried to say they weren’t covered. long story short State Farm was golden.
??? Think much?
Maybe she was ripping me off.
But I've a list...I will never personally on purpose do business with ever again...And State Farm is one of them. You can add Allstate, Wells Fargo, Bank of a America......among a couple three others.
FWIW-
28? I just three minutes ago read an article from Yahoo that says he lost 40! And listed them! I will find it and post it here.
