(CNN) - Rep. Dennis Kucinich of Ohio lost his bid for re-election in the state's Democratic primary Tuesday night to fellow longtime House Democrat Marcy Kaptur, CNN projects.
The two veteran lawmakers were drawn into the same district this cycle after a heated redistricting battle that followed the loss of two Congressional seats in the state.

He was perhaps the most honest Marxist in Congress.
Not only that, but he was so goofy as to show them for what they are.
Frankly, I'd rather have an honest Marxist than a "liberal."

Well according to Obama the economy is doing great so there should be no reason he couldn't find a job in the private sector doing one of those glorious green jobs Obama touts like putting up solar panels.

Kucinich should go 3rd party and run to Obama’s Left in November.

Kucinich was considering running here in Seattle after he got re-districted out in Ohio. Guess he figured since we already got a anti-American Commie (McDermott) representing us, so he decided not to.
To: VideoPaul
this frees him up to be Ron Pauls running mate...

Yeah, Kucinich was actually the lesser evil here.

Does anybody think that Marcy Kaptur would be better? No, but she'll be just a tad easier to look at.
To: VideoPaul
Tom Hanks backs Kaptur. That alone worries me.

Then again... Probably not!

I used to give props to Kucinich for being honest and forthright about his stances on issues... until he sold out his opposition to Obamacare for a ride in the “big boy seat” on Air Force One. That gleeful, “Look at me, Mommy” expression on his face as he followed Obama off that ramp had the unmistakable countenance of a closed deal.
Good riddance Marxist. You won`t be missed.

He is still thinking about running in WA. Funny thing is he could. Has to establish residency and file I think I heard by May. Seems inconceivable you could run in two different districts in same election but possible in this case.
