A group of protesters who said they were illegal immigrants created a commotion Wednesday night in Raleigh as the N.C. House Select Committee on Immigration Policy spoke about recent arrests of illegals in Rockingham County.
Rockingham County Sheriff Sam Page was present during the protest. Earlier, Page had provided information to the committee dealing with recent arrests regarding drug trafficking in his county, and also supplied further information on the National Sheriffs Associations stance on immigration issues, immigration reform and border security.
This was the groups third meeting, and much of the focus was on the business side of immigration.
Page said after a few comments a young man stood up, took off his jacket and underneath had on an orange shirt featuring a map of North Carolina with the words Im undocumented and unafraid.
Page said there were 8 to 10 people protesting during the meeting.
It was surprising, Page said.
Eventually the protestors were escorted from the room. Page said he later read in the Winston-Salem Journal that three people were arrested because of the outbursts.

Those people need to be jailed for a few years and then exported.
In Mexico it is illegal for foreigners to even take part in a protest
A few years ago, a Mexican here boy wore a shirt to a high school football game that said “You can’t deport us all.” The arrogance is overwhelming.
I wonder how many are on the cartels payroll. This seems to be a major problem there, illegal drugs from mexico ?
But just so there’s no mistake, when they aren’t mooning their Mexican-flag tatoo’d rear-ends at us, they’re `trembling in fear in the shadows’.
