In a show of moral support, President Barack Obama called Georgetown law student Sandra Fluke on Friday defending her in the face of conservative radio icon Rush Limbaugh's "reprehensible ... personal and crude" attacks on her, the White House said.
The conversation, which lasted for "several minutes," came after Limbaugh branded Fluke a "slut" and a "prostitute" for her support of women having access to birth control, Jay Carney, the White House press secretary, said. The president made the call right before Fluke was scheduled to appear on MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell Reports.
Obama "wanted to offer his support to her," said Carney. "He wanted to express his disappointment that she has been the subject of inappropriate personal attacks, and to thank her for exercising her rights as a citizen to speak out on an issue of public policy."

Hmmmmm.....let’s pull out the old dictionary......what’s a word for a female who says she has sex with lots of different people?.......rutabaga?.......no, that’s not it......zamboni?......naw.......prestidigitation?......close.....nope, slut is pretty much the right word here.

For the record, I think the word is accurate. Sandra is, as Dr. Laura would say "an unpaid whore". But she would like to become a prostitute and actually get paid for it.
Remember Yahoo, NY Times, ABC etc getting all outraged when Bill Maher and/or Letterman calling Palin the c word?
Oh. Right. That never happened.
This is just another example of the corruption within the U.S. media. And yet when this blows over, our squishes in DC will continue to play their game and accept them as honest brokers of a fair narrative. When in fact they are nothing but hyper partisan Obama activists posing as journalists.
Okay....Cornell, Georgetown....Find out who’s picking up her tab and we’ll know how Obama is involved. I think there’s a real path on this one that will FINALLY HURT Obama on this issue.

Yeah, he did actually use the word slut but it seems to be an accurate description, so what’s the problem? Just calling them like he sees them...

Every American woman has access to birth control. And, BTW, if you cannot afford condoms, I’d like to suggest that you are not financially ready to marry. If you’re not married, most especially if you are a law student attending school on public charity, you should be studying, not rolling in the hay.

Finally found the transcript: He said “It makes her a slut, right? It makes her a prostitute.” I agree. Now she is a slut, but she wants to become a prostitute by getting paid for it.

I don’t understand the comment about Rush being set up. Can someone explain that to me, because I don’t think he was set up - the American taxpayer was supposed to be set up by the Obama administration and its band of useful idiots and the Obama ReElection Media - but Rush ensured that the truth saw the light of day.
Well, at least the conservative light of day. The libs don’t allow any daylight to shine on their activities, because if people saw them in the light, there would be no one left to believe their lies.

Ms. Fluke might work for him, but don’t think so.
I’d be very surprised if Ms. Fluke turned out to be straight. She’ll probably be vetted now and we’ll find out a lot about her.
Just wanta say, Rush’s record of being right has not suffered because of this incident.
