America's self-proclaimed toughest sheriff finds himself entangled these days in his own thorny legal troubles: a federal grand jury probe over alleged abuse of power, Justice Department accusations of racial profiling and revelations that his department didn't adequately investigate hundreds of Arizona sex-crime cases.
Rather than seek cover, though, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio is seeking to grab the spotlight in the same unorthodox fashion that has helped boost his career as a nationally known lawman.
Arpaio on Thursday unveiled preliminary results of an investigation, conducted by members of his volunteer cold-case posse, into the authenticity of President Barack Obama's birth certificate, a controversy that has been widely debunked but which remains alive in the eyes of some conservatives...

I think, IOW it is my opinion, that the forger works at the HDOH directly under Alvin. I don't think that Joe has a "suspect", I think he has an informant.

Something from the questions at the end, that I didn’t comment on because I only caught the tail end of it as I was heading out the door to work, was described in that article this way:
“Zullo specifically discounted the value of newspaper publications of announcements purporting to document Obama’s birth in Hawaii in 1961, explaining that there is evidence that some 3-year-olds were registered as newborns, and some foreign-born children were registered as Hawaii residents.
Thus, the newspaper information is “not credible,” he said.”

They’ve been threatened. I feel like a broken record because I keep saying this, but the claims of Doug Hagmann have been corroborated. The only reason it hasn’t broken into full view is because the story IS real and the witnesses thus far, while willing to give their evidence to PI’s and LEO’s, are still in danger if their identities are known.
The very fact that “conservatives” have not mentioned this issue - even though this report is by a sconstitutionally-assembled law-enforcement body that originally intended to put the “birther nonsense” to rest - tells you that their refusal to report it has nothing to do with the credibility or authority of either the claims or the people making them. The reason they are not reporting it is because they were told by the head of their media company (Fox and the radio companies) that if they or any of their guests discussed this issue, their career would be over and their lives and the lives of their family members were questionable.
The death of Andrew Breitbart the same day as the posse’s press conference was not lost on the media members. And Corsi’s revelation at the press conference, that the last interview Breitbart did was with Sheriff Joe just hours before Breitbart died, is not wasted on any of them either, I’d bet money.
The last link I’m giving is a newer link, which claims that the threats didn’t end with the eligibility issue but continued against Glenn Beck even AFTER he dutifully mocked “birthers”, as he continued to expose the Soros/Obama communist-Islamist connections (and as a Fox employee at least at the time the 2nd threat was made, Beck knew that the threats against the media were being made by Soros). Beck was told to stop exposing Soros because somebody on the Fox Bd of Directors was economically tied to Soros. Beck left Fox because Fox refused to provide protection to lower-level staffers who were being repeatedly threatened and harassed. Beck could protect himself and his own family but could not protect everybody and Fox refused to protect them.

Thank you for the kind words. I’m committed to go wherever the evidence takes me. I know that makes me a radical to some but if they want to get me to stop believing or considering something, the best approach is to show me evidence that it’s not true. Most people who ridicule me are not willing to do that so their words make no difference to me.
The reason I came to Free Republic is because I sensed the same spirit among a lot of people here and knew I would be at home here. I honestly don’t know what I would do without this place. I don’t know what AMERICA would do without this place, and these people. I hope we never have to find out.

I have reams of documents taken off the internet that tell of happenings at about the time of of the missing years concerning mothers airtime. I can realize the Posse might have the same information and decided the info could not be corroborated. In light of the recent report that the female missionary who helped mama get on the plane to somewhere was recently assassinated in a roadside shooting, I think that an historical search of the web would show many suspicious situations as to Obama and relative to his eligibility. It is the latter that was missing from the press conference i.e. the connection of the birth document(s) to eligibility for POTUSA. Obama continues to tread the waters of eligibility.
WND has an interview of Arpaio from after the press conference, and he says he feels the investigation can achieve success.
I think there are some things that must be done by the rest of us though. Specifically we need to make sure that we do the job of the media. They are not reporting the facts that were presented. I knew this would be the case because they have been threatened into silence. It just means that we have to pick up the slack, like we’ve been doing all along.
We also need to make sure that this finding is used for two very timely things: the GA Ballot Challenge appeal, and Arizona’s eligibility bill that Carl Seel said he is prepared to bring forward.
First the eligibility bill. The R’s have a veto-proof majority in both houses in Arizona, if I understand correctly. We ALL need to be encouraging these people to step up to the plate. A law enforcement body has determined there is probable cause for forgery and election fraud, and there is currently just as much evidence that Obama was NOT born here as there is that he was. Yet even a KNOWN and/or CONVICTED fraud can make it onto any state ballot at this point. Sheriff Joe said at the presser that the thing we should all have learned from this whole mess is that we NEED to fix the process of verifying Constitutional eligibility. When the only evidence we have is a computer-generated forgery and that’s enough to let somebody be POTUS - and only after 3 years can we get a legal investigation of that forgery - something is very, very wrong.
Second, the GA Ballot Challenge. The only evidence that was submitted to the record that even suggests that Obama was born in Hawaii was the electronic long-form image, and law enforcement has now officially ruled that there is probable cause for that being a forgery. Any judge or court who hears these Ballot Challenge appeals has to take that very seriously. If they don’t, that just shows - once again - that our whole system is corrupted, which is what a bunch of us researchers gave as the reason to even pursue this whole mess.
Everything people can observe about how this is handled blows away all the old excuses of “no standing”, “no evidence, just speculation”, “it should have been handled at the state level”, “it’s only nutcases who question eligibility and not anybody with real knowledge or authority”, etc. Those are all revealed to be a bunch of baloney. Who in their right mind would consider it too radical to require the POTUS to document eligibility just like any lowly school custodian has to do in order to work in America? At the beginning we were told that we shouldn’t pursue impeachment or court rulings because eligibility is supposed to be determined in the election process. Now we’re being told that it is way too radical to require actual proof of eligibility...
The arguments are a moving target, and at this point it’s bared down to the core: either we believe that forgeries are good enough, or we believe that the rule of law, rules of evidence, etc must be followed. This cuts to the very quick, and the “conservative” talkers who have been threatened have no choice but to ignore the issue altogether so they won’t be killed. And that’s exactly what we see.
All the great pretense of having these people to defend America and everything it stands for is revealed to be a lie, as we watch every one of them stand there with their finger in their nose when this issue is pared down to its bare bones. They’re left there standing naked in front of us, letting us know that they are NOT our defenders, because they are being held hostage.
It’s up to us. And I say let’s git’r done.
I stopped watching Glenn Beck because he refused to address the most incriminating facts about Obama. While his information about Obama’s backers and current associations were outstanding, he refused to open the garbage can of Obama’s fabricated history. I find it hard to believe he was coerced into ridiculing “the birthers” unless he held that position but anything is possible I guess.
I gave up on getting any real news from TV decades ago......What really gives me a chill is, that if it weren't for the Internet, I wonder how far down the rabbit hole of hard tyranny this country would be.
We need more warriors like Sheriff Joe Arpaio in official positions to go on the record regarding this communist coup otherwise I feel the ‘crisis’ phase [See Yuri Bezmenov] of this coup will be implemented by the Ogabe regime.

Headed by Michael Zullo, a retired police detective, and rounded out with two former law enforcement officers and two retired attorneys, the posse's work was entirely voluntary and operated at no cost to Maricopa County taxpayers.
No way Obama was born in Hawaii. Dunham was traveling.
1) The US National Archives deleted the microfiche from August 1 to August 7th of the INS records of 1961 International transit passengers.
2) Passport Office will not respond to the requests. We know Dunham had a passport that pre-dated 1967.
3) Tim Adams - “We called the two hospitals in Honolulu: Queens and Kapi’olani,” Adams stressed. “Neither of them have any records that Barack Obama was born there.

Former Hawaii elections clerk Tim Adams has now signed an affidavit swearing he was told by his supervisors in Hawaii that no long-form, hospital-generated birth certificate existed for Barack Obama Jr. in Hawaii and that neither Queens Medical Center nor Kapi’olani Medical Center in Honolulu had any record of Obama having been born in their medical facilities.
“We called the two hospitals in Honolulu: Queens and Kapi’olani,” Adams stressed. “Neither of them have any records that Barack Obama was born there.
“My supervisor came and told me, ‘Of course, there’s no birth certificate. What? You stupid,’” Adams said. “She usually spoke well, but in saying this she reverted to a Hawaiian dialect. I really didn’t know how to respond to that. She said it and just walked off. She was quite a powerful lady.”
Moreover, Adams was told that neither Queens Memorial Hospital nor Kapi’olani Medical Center had any records of Obama’s birth at their medical facilities: “Senior officers in the City and County of Honolulu Elections Division further told me on multiple occasions that Hawaii State government officials had made inquires about Sen. Obama’s birth records to officials at Queens Medical Center and Kapi’olani Medical Center in Honolulu and that neither hospital had any record of Senator Obama having been born there, even though Governor Abercrombie is now asserting and various Hawaii government officials continue to assert Barack Obama Jr. was born at Kapi’olani Medical Center on Aug. 4, 1961.”
What if I said I am paying for it? Does your question have any means? If felonies have been possibly committed upon the citizens of Maricopa County, does the Sheriff have a right to investigate?
You have a case of alleged forgery (felony 1) and a case of alleged fraud (felony 2) as the document is “created” and then “transmitted” via the internet by the Obama Administration to clear his Constitutional requirement to be President.
The Sheriff has asked the President to provide valid documents to clear that requirement. The Sheriff believes the presentations thus far are fraudulent and would like a Congressional investigation to resolve the matter.
Thats all.
I will correct myself. The Sheriff has “probable cause” to believe the documents are fraudulent.
Drudge has a link to a quote from Breitbart about "Wait till they see what happens March 1st". The speculation is that he was going to release the videos he had. But I seem to remember when that story first came out, Breitbart indicated he was going to release them shortly before the election. I suspect what Breitbart was referring to in the quote was the results of Cold Case Posse investigation. ( On a side note. Drudge only had the link to the story of the investigation up for a day. It is now gone. I suppose it was to make room for his breaking story - complete with picture- of Obama saying " I don't cheat at golf " )
