PHOENIX, Ariz. Poll after poll in recent months has revealed that Americans have a high level of concern over Barack Obamas eligibility to be president, with one poll revealing fully half of the nation wants Congress to investigate the question.
But mostly reporters for the traditional media networks, major newspapers, major news corporations and conglomerates have giggled when talk turns to the serious question of just what exactly does the U.S. Constitution require of presidents.

Poor reasoning on your part, IMO. [re keeping 0bummer off the ballot.] I hope I'm wrong but we'll see whether he's kept off any ballot. I'll be amazed if he is.

I don’t know. If Obama would show up at an eligibility, then he could tell us.

Two election cycles, four presidential candidates and two possible VP candidates, none of whom are NBC.
///////////////////////////////////
Nobody in their right mind thought that any political party would nominate an ineligible candidate.

It can not be a coincidence. Is this proof that the two parties are really one, controlled by the communist/socialist elite.

I'm sorry, but I still don't understand why Obama's mother wrote his name on the application and then crossed it out.
Also, did Obama's mother have to add an explanation to her passport application to explain why Obama's name was listed and then crossed out?
Thanks for any help.
To: john mirse
The second paragraph on the passport form states that ‘it should be struck out’. ‘It’ being any one on her passport who is not natural born or other info stated.
Never saw/read that info before today.

The media KNOW but act as if they dont. Much worse is that the E-Pubs know as well, and so do members of the Court, which is why this will "die on the vine."

Nobody, basically, challenged him in 2008. Nobody in their right mind thought that any political party would nominate an ineligible candidate. They knew, else why go to the trouble of trying to include him in that stupid Sense of the Senate Resolution declaring McCain was eligible to run.

And conveniently the vetting documentation left out a critical verbage to allow him to be a candidate?

I wasn't aware that there even were any attempts to "include him" in that Resolution. Do you have some info on that? That sounds like interesting reading.
But, yes, you're probably right and I stand corrected..."they" knew and did nothing.

I hope the sherriff has bodyguards for his protection. Knowing how sinister the Obama administration is, I wouldnt be surprised if he orders Arpaio to be eliminated. I expect some "breaking" national news story that will last a few days and thus overshadow the news conference.

In the 60’s, you could list your kids on your passport. If the kid naturalized in a foreign state, then the person’s name should be written on the application and struck out (see declaration printed above the signature of a 1968 passport renewal application).
The person who is struck out files an affidavit and attaches it to the application. An explanation was not provided in the Chris Strunk FOIA response.
