Without question, the smartest and most capable guy in the room.
Clearly, the man with the vision to turn back Dem socialism and GOP-E plutocracy in 2013.
Stay the course, Newt.
Newt Skywalker will rise again.

The debate likely assures Newt a win in Georgia and he should also win in Tennessee.

Even if you don't support Newt, you have to concede that he is the best debater on the team. But I don't know how we will get the Romney people to vote for him and vice versa. That's the biggest factor in my decision to support Rick Santorum.
Seven reasons for Rick Santorum
- Who has won the most states without the benefit of their own money, last election's organization or a billionaire casino sugar daddy?
- Who is everybody's second choice when he isn't their first?
- Who can get both the Romney people and the Gingrich people, who hate each other, to vote for him?
- Who has the best record on immigration?
- Who has the best plan for repealing ObamaCare? And is the only GOP candidate who didn't help write or approve legislation which helped spawn this fiasco?
- Who has the best plan for expanding the American economy and strengthening American families?
- Who is the closest thing we have to the "generic Republican" which polls show consistently beating Obama and is most likely to make the election about Obama's sorry record rather than about himself?

Stay up and watch it the second time. He was actually sitting back in his chair and laughing at them as both Santorun and Romney attacked each other and fell all over themselves.
Clear to me that Romney didn't have the foggiest idea of how a bill was passed or how earmarks are used.
First the money is allotted, then each congress person tries to get some of the money for their own district. All the money left over is spent at the discretion of the bureaucrats.
It's like budgeting two hundred for food and earmarking 10% to eat out. 10% for coffee shot etc. Romney doesn't get it. Doesn't understand there is no line veto.

He sure will. He is in fact the best debater, has the vision to restore America.
Poor Rick, could never get off the ground last night. They had him left and right, and he could only fumble, big FAIL. No way will he be able to handle Obama.
Anyone think Obama doesn't know SANTORUM's record??? If you thought last night was bad, just wait, you ain't seen nothing yet if he wins the nomination and has to debate Obama.

I did not get a chance to watch last night, so thanks for posting! Whenever I look at Mitt Romney looking at Newt Gingrich speaking, he always has that “I’m getting schooled by Newt” look on his face.

I could not agree more. When Newt walks into a room full of people the average IQ level is vastly increased and the converse is true when he leaves.
