a) you can't perform an ultra sound over the abdomen for a baby that is only 7 weeks along. b) the woman undergoing the abortion plans to have a knife / vacuum up her craw. Does she think the baby vanished via a magic trick?
isnt this the lady who ran for congress but got busted for naughty pics then played the victim card for all it was worth..saying people were out to get her because she was a woman and stuff but overlooking she was thirty points behind?
By that logic, a rape examination is rape.
It would be funny watching her go through a TSA search and watch what happened when she yelled RAPE!!!!
If this woman actually has any type of university degree, please start proceedings to have it expunged.
She is profoundly stupid...and deserving of only the lowest level positions - such as serving in the West Wing.
And mandatory vaccination laws constitute “battery” under most state criminal statutes.
Exactly. This procedure is not required. It’s just required if you want an abortion. It’s part of the process.
It is not rape if you are the ABORTEE.
Great point!
I saw this show. She is a *expert* guest on the (MSNBC) Dylan Ratigan show every night. Yep, demanding ultrasound is rape when the woman comes in to have a knife vacuum cleaner shoved up her.....
I cant help wonder if Krystal Ball is a stripper, err exotic dancer, with that name. No shortage of dumb liberal women on MSNBC.
Maybe the definition of ‘rape’ is wrong?
Krystal Ball’s Image Problem: Racy Photos of Virginia Candidate
Krystal Ball, a Democrat running for Congress in Virginia, has accused conservative political operatives of a sexist smear campaign, leaking racy photographs of her taken at a holiday costume party.
Ball, 28, a first-time candidate, said the images were taken six years ago, soon after she graduated from college. The images, which depict Ball in a short skirt and Santa Claus hat posing with her husband, an unidentified woman and a sex toy, were first posted on the conservative blog Virginia Virtucon. The photos have since gone viral, spreading all over the Internet and making Ball one of the most searched terms on Google.
Virginia Virtucon has since removed the photos from its website.
Ball accused her Republican opponent, Rep. Rob Wittman, the incumbent, of being behind the pictures’ publication. Wittman has denied any involvement and called from the pictures to be taken off websites.

Running as “a fresh face for Virginia,” Ball had previously received little national attention, running in a district that traditionally swings Republican.
And that article about “Krystal Ball” was from Oct. 8, 2010
As a part-time resident of the Commonwealth, I must say that Krystal Ball (yes, that’s her real name) is one of the biggest embarrassments that Virginia has foisted on the political scene—and don’t forget, we have voters who keep sending Jim Moran back to Congress.
Ms. Ball ran one of the most inept Congressional campaigns I’ve ever seen. Her “advertising” (until the final weeks of the race against Rob Wittman) consisted of one billboard in a remote part of the district. Then, in a desperate attempt to gain attention, she leaked photos of herself, scantily clad and holding a sex toy. She initially tried to blame Wittman, but no one believed that whopper. She lost by a wide margin.
But, to her credit, she translated her little scandal into a gig at MSNBC, where the left-wing pundits are apparently paid according to the idiocy of their remarks. Her “move” to DC (and MSNBC) was definitely the Commonwealth’s gain.
